بررسی میزان تناسب آموزش‌های فنی و مهارتی با نیاز واقعی بازار کار در استان زنجان و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود کیفیت این نظام آموزشی‌

مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان تناسب آموزش های فنی و مهارتی در استان زنجان با نیاز واقعی بازار کار و ارایه راهکارهای بهبود کیفیت نظام آموزشی آن انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از رویکرد ترکیبی کمی - کیفی بهره گرفته است. برای انجام این تحقیق، از روش نظریه بنیانی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق هنرآموزان هنرستان‌ها و کارفرمایان بازار کار بودند که تعداد 59 نفر بعنوان نمونه آماری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری تحقیق انتخاب شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد از بعد کمی و کیفی تناسب آموزش‌ها با بازار کار در حد متوسط به پایین می باشد. همچنین مهم‌ترین راهکارهای عملیاتی جهت بهبود کیفیت نظام آموزشی‌‌ فنی و مهارتی با بازار کار شامل هدفمند کردن آموزش‌ها، ارائه اطلاعات صحیح درباره آینده شغلی رشته تحصیلی، تقویت زیرساخت‎های آموزشی، اصلاح ساختارهای جذب هنرجو و استخدام هنرآموز، نیاز محوری در آموزش‎های  فنی و مهارتی و ارتباط مستمر با بازار کار می‌باشد.

appropriateness of technical and skill training with the real needs of the labor market in zanjan province and providing solutions to improve the quality of this educational system

the purpose of this study is to investigating the fit of technical and skill training with market need in zanjan province. in this study has used a combined quantitative-qualitative approach. to conduct this research, the grounded theory method has been used. the statistical population of the study is teachers and employers in the labor market, 59 people were selected by purposive sampling. the results showed that the quantity and quality, the relevance of education to the labor market is lower than moderate. also, the most important operational strategies to improve the quality of the technical and skills education system with the labor market include targeting training, provide accurate information about the career future of the field of study, strengthening‌ the educational infrastructure, reform structures acceptance of the student and employment a teacher,‌ need-based for technical and skilled training and continuous communication with the labor market.
