راهکارهای ارتقای کیفیت امکانات و فضای آموزشی در مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای از دیدگاه متخصصان

 هدف پژوهش، بررسی روش‌های بهبود کیفیت امکانات و فضای آموزشی در مراکز آموزش‌های آزاد فنی و حرفه‌ای از دیدگاه متخصصان بود. این پژوهش با هدف کاربردی و با روش ترکیبی اکتشافی تحقق یافت. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل مدرسان و مدیران مراکز آموزش آزاد فنی و حرفه‌ای کشور و  صاحبنظران حوزه برنامه‫درسی بوده است که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و روش گلوله‌برفی تعداد 22 نفر از آنها انتخاب شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کمی شامل مدرسان مراکز آموزش آزاد  فنی و حرفه‌ای اصفهان بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری  تصادفی ساده تعداد 210 نفر از آنها انتخاب گردید. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته جمع‌آوری شد. برای تعیین روایی سوالات مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه از روایی محتوا و برای برآورد پایایی پرسش‌نامه، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. طبق نتایج تحقیق در بخش کیفی مهم‌ترین روش‌های بهبود کیفیت امکانات آموزشی تناسب امکانات و تجهیزات با نیازهای کارآموزان،  بازسازی و به روز کردن تجهیزات و وسایل مراکز آموزشی فنی و حرفه‌ای، تناسب ست‌های آزمایشگاهی و کارگاهی به تعداد  کارآموزان، جذب تجهیزات کارگاهی و آزمایشگاهی از صنعت، دسترسی آسان کارآموزان به آزمایشگاه‌ها و کارگاه‌ها و مهم‌ترین روش‌های بهبود کیفیت در حیطه فضای آموزشی فراهم‌سازی مکان‌های آموزشی مشخص جهت ارائه کارورزی، تناسب سرانه فضای کارگاهی، آزمایشگاهی و کمک آموزشی به تعداد کارآموزان، مطلوبیت وضعیت فیزیکی کارگاه‌ها، آزمایشگاه‌ها‌، کلاس‌ها و تناسب فضای آموزشی با یادگیری عملی و تجربی بود. همچنین، نتایج در بخش کمی آشکار ساخت؛ راهکار‌های تبیین شده دربهبود کیفیت تجهیزات و فضای آموزشی موثر است.

solutions to improve the quality of educational facilities and space in technical and vocational free academies (tvfa) from the point of view of experts

the purpose of  research was to investigate methods of improving the quality of educational facilities and space in tvfa from the point of view of experts. the research was executed with a practical purpose and with an exploratory mixed methods research approach. the participants in the qualitative part included professors and managers of tvfa and experts in the field of curriculum, among whom 22 of them were selected through a purposive sampling method. the statistical population in the quantitative part included professors of tvfa in isfahan, and 210 of them were selected by simple random sampling. data were collected through the semi-structured interviewing technique and a researcher-made questionnaire. content validity was used to determine the validity of the interview questions and the questionnaire and cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to estimate the reliability of the questionnaire. according to the results in the qualitative part, the most important ways to improve the quality of educational facilities are matching the facilities and equipment with the professional needs of trainees, the renovation and updating of equipment and tools, appropriateness of laboratory and workshop sets to the number of trainees, providing workshop and laboratory equipment from the industry, easy access of trainees to laboratories and workshops, and the most important methods of improving quality in the field of educational space are providing specific educational places to provide internships, suitability of workshop, laboratory and educational assistance space to the number of trainees, the desirability of the physical condition of the workshops, laboratories.
