شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء کیفیت مهارت آموزی در مراکز فنی حرفه ای

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ارایه راهکارهای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای در مهارت‌افزایی کارآموزان با رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد است. تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف، از نوع تحقیقات بنیادی و از نظر نوع روش، روش تحقیق کیفی  محسوب می گردد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر،خبرگان حوزه آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای بودند که از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند برای انتخاب افراد نمونه استفاده شد. نمونه‌گیری نظری تا رسیدن به نقطه‌ی اشباع نظری ادامه پیدا کرد. با انجام 13 مصاحبه، تشخیص محقق این بود که اطلاعات گردآوری شده به نقطه اشباع رسیده و نیازی به انجام مصاحبه­های بیشتر نیست، اما برای حصول اطمینان این روند تا 15 مصاحبه ادامه پیدا کرد. در فرایند تحقیق ابتدا تعداد 107کد باز شناسایی شد و از مجموع آنها تعداد 27کد انتخابی و 7کد محوری شناسایی گردید. در این پژوهش نتایج به دست آمده از کدگذاری ها شامل مربیان متخصص، تامین اعتبارات، اجرای کارآمد برنامه های آموزشی ، برنامه ریزی دقیق، اشتغال زایی، مدیریت موثر و بهره برداری از فرصت های خارجی است که عوامل موثر برارتقاء مهارت آموزی در آموزش فنی حرفه ای را تشکیل می دهند. سپس مدل نهایی تحقیق رسم شد و علل اصلی، عوامل زمینه ای، عوامل میانجی، مقوله اصلی، راهبرد ها و پیامد های مهارت آموزی در آموزش های فنی حرفه ای شناسایی گردید.

identifying the effective factors on improving the quality of training in professional technical centers

the main purpose of this study is to provide strategies to improve the quality of technical and vocational training in trainees’ skills enhancement with a data theory approach. the present research is a basic research in terms of purpose and a qualitative research method in terms of method. data collection tools included semi-structured interviews. the statistical population of the present study was experts in the field of technical and vocational education that targeted sampling method was used to select the sample. theoretical sampling continued until the theoretical saturation point was reached. after conducting 8 interviews, the researcher recognized that the information collected had reached saturation point and no further interviews were required, but this process continued up to 12 interviews to ensure this. in the research process, first 107 open codes were identified and out of them, 27 selected codes and 7 axial codes were identified. in this study, the results obtained from coding include expert trainers, funding, efficient implementation of training programs, accurate planning, job creation, effective management and exploitation of external opportunities, which are effective factors in improving skills in vocational technical education. constitute e. then the final model of the research was drawn and the main causes, contextual factors, mediating factors, main category, strategies and consequences of training in vocational technical training were identified.
