بررسی تهیه وتدوین استاندارد شایستگی و ارزشیابی حرفه مسئولان خرید در سازمان آموزش فنی وحرفه ای آذربایجان غربی

سند حرفه مجموعه ای از استاندارد ها وصلاحیت های معتبر در سطح ملی است که برای احراز وارزیابی مهارت ها ودانش افرادی که بایستی عملکرد موثر در میحط کار به نمایش بگذارند بکار می رود. این تحقیق به دنبال بررسی نحوه تهیه وتدوین استاندارد شایستگی وارزشیابی حرفه مسولان خرید از گروه امور مالی وبازرگانی در سازمان آموزش فنی وحرفه ای استان آذربایجان غربی می باشد.روش مطالعه این مقاله توصیفی-تحلیلی وبه روش کتابخانه ای واسناد کاوی می باشد.نتایج مقاله حاکی از  اعتبارسنجی  واجرای درست برنامه تهیه وتدوین استاندارد شایستگی وارزشیابی حرفه مسئولان خرید در قالب سند حرفه بر اساس کدحرفه های منتخب سند بین المللی طبقه بندی مشاغل وحرف ایسکو 2008وبا استفاده از ظرفیتهای ملی ومنطقه ای استان آذربایجان غربی در سال 1400 می باشد.

examining the preparation and compilation of standards of competence and professional evaluation of purchasing officials in west azerbaijan technical and vocational education organization

the professional certificate is a set of valid standards and qualifications at the national level, which is used to assess and evaluate the skills and knowledge of people who must perform effectively in the workplace. this research seeks to examine how to prepare and compile the standard of competency and professional evaluation of purchasing managers from the department of financial and commercial affairs in the technical and vocational education organization of west azerbaijan province. validation and correct implementation of the program is the preparation and compilation of the standard of competence and evaluation of the profession of purchasing officials in the form of a professional document based on the selected professions code of the international document of classification of occupations and professions of isco 2008 and using the national and regional capacities of west azerbaijan province in the year 1400.
