شناسایی و کاربست مهارت های کارآفرینانه در توسعه صنعت ساختمان مبتنی بر اقتصاد اشتراکی

اقتصاد اشتراکی ابزار مطلوبی جهت شبکه‌سازی ذینفعان کلیدی در پروژه های کارآفرینی است. از طرفی کسب مهارت های لازم جهت کاربست این ابزار در صنایع مختلف حائز اهمیت است. بر این اساس هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و کاربست مهارت های کارآفرینانه در توسعه صنعت ساختمان مبتنی بر اقتصاد اشتراکی است که به صورت اکتشافی و با هدف کاربردی ارائه می شود. بر این اساس از با ابزار مصاحبه و روش پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از استراتژی تحلیل مضمون داده‌های پژوهش گردآوری و تحلیل شده است. گردآوری داده ها تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافته است و این مهم در مصاحبه یازدهم حاصل گردیده است.جهت اطمینان از روایی پژوهش از روش های بررسی توسط اعضاء و بازبینی توسط همکاران استفاده شده است . برای بررسی پایایی تحقیق از روش بازآزمون و توافق بین دو کد گذار استفاده گردیده است.یافته های تحقیق نشان داده است که تحقق مدل اقتصاد اشتراکی در پروژه‌های کارآفرینی صنعت ساختمان نیازمند مهارت آموزی در سطوح مختلف می باشد  تا آمادگی لازم جهت شناسایی ویژگی‌ها پروژه، فرهنگ، نقش آفرینی نهادهای ناظر، بازاریابی، جذب سرمایه‌گذار،شناسایی ویژگی‌های مکانی و جغرافیایی،شناسایی  ویژگی‌های بازار مالی و ویژگی‎‌ها مجریان و بنیانگذاران در راستای توسعه ی صنعت ساختمان مبتنی بر اقتصاد اشتراکی صورت پذیرد .

sharing economy is a good tool for networking key stakeholders in entrepreneurial projects. on the other hand, it is important to acquire the necessary skills to use this tool in different industries. therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify and apply entrepreneurial skills in the development of the construction industry based on the sharing economy, which is presented in an exploratory manner with a practical purpose.therefore, the research data has been collected and analyzed with the interview tool and qualitative research method using the strategy of thematic analysis. the collection of data has been continued until reaching theoretical saturation, and this has been achieved in the 11th interview. to ensure the validity of the research, methods of review by members and review by colleagues have been used. to check the reliability of the research, the retest method and the agreement between the two coders have been used. the findings of the research have shown that the realization of the sharing economy model in entrepreneurship projects of the construction industry requires skill training at different levels rather than the necessary preparation to identify the characteristics of the project, culture , the role of supervisory institutions, marketing, investor attraction, identification of geographical and spatial characteristics, identification of financial market characteristics and characteristics of executives and founders in line with the development of the construction industry based on sharing economy.
