ارائه الگوی پیاده سازی کسب و کارهای هوشمند نوظهور در ایران با رویکرد مهارت آموزی

گسترش و نهادینه کردن فرهنگ کسب و کار بر پایه استعداد، ذوق، دانش، مهارت، فناوری، تخصص، توانایی و کارآفرینی با تقویت باورهای اعتقادی و اخلاق حرفه ای و توسعه کمی و کیفی آموز ش های مهارت و فناوری مبتنی بر پژوهش های کاربردی و آمایش سرزمین موجبات توسعه اقتصادی را فراهم می آورد. هدف از این مطالعه طراحی الگوی پیاده سازی کسب و کارهای هوشمند نوظهور در ایران با رویکرد مهارت آموزی می باشد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 6 نفر از مدیران استارت آپ، شرکت های دانش بنیان و صاحبان کسب و کار و 4  نفر از اساتید دانشگاهی در رشته های کارآفرینی و مدیریت می باشد که به روش نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی از نوع گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. روش تحقیق در در این پژوهش از نوع کیفی اکتشافی می باشد که از نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. در این پژوهش از روش‌های مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و روش‌های میدانی نظیر مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شده است. بر پایه یافته های تحقیق الگوی پارادایمی تدوین گردید که شامل شرایط علی (حمایت و پشتیبانی، همسویی کسب و کار و فناوری، شفاف سازی اطلاعات و بهبود کیفیت داده ها)، شرایط مداخله ای فرایندهای کسب و کار نوظهوری)، شرایط زمینه ای (زیرساخت های نرم افزاری و سخت افزاری)، راهبردها (استانداردهای یکپارچگی فرایندها، توانمند سازی مدیران و ذینفعان پروژه با تکنولوژی اطلاعات) و پیامدها (رشد و توسعه اقتصادی و کسب مزین رقابتی) می باشد.

expanding and institutionalizing business culture based on talent, taste, knowledge, skill, technology, expertise, ability and entrepreneurship by strengthening religious beliefs and professional ethics and quantitative and qualitative development of skill and technology training based on applied research and land preparation causes economic development. the purpose of this study is to design a model for the implementation of emerging smart businesses in iran with a skill-learning approach. the statistical population in the qualitative section includes 6 people from startup managers, knowledge-based companies and business owners and 4 people from university professors in the fields of entrepreneurship and management, who were selected by non-random snowball sampling method.the research method in this research is qualitative and exploratory, which was carried out based on the data theory of the foundation. in this research, library study methods and field methods such as semi-structured interviews have been used. based on the findings of the research, a paradigm model was developed, which includes causal conditions (support, business and technology alignment, information clarification and data quality improvement), intervention conditions of emerging business processes, background conditions (infrastructure software and hardware), strategies (process integration standards, empowering project managers and stakeholders with information technology) and consequences (economic growth and development and gaining a competitive edge).
