طراحی الگوی برنامه درسی درس اخلاق حرفه ای برای دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شاخه فنی حرفه ای و کاردانش و اعتبار سنجی آن از دیدگاه برنامه ریزان درسی و هنر آموزان

هدف پژوهش طراحی الگوی برنامه درسی درس اخلاق حرفه ای برای دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شاخه فنی  حرفه ای و کاردانش و اعتبار سنجی آن از دیدگاه برنامه ریزان درسی و هنر آموزان بوده است.رویکرد تحقیق ، ‌ترکیبی‌و هدف‌آن‌کاربردی است.‌جامعه متشکل از برنامه‌ریزان‌‌درسی و هنرآموزان است. نمونه شامل 30 نفر از متخصصان که  به صورت هدفمند و 335 نفر از هنرآموزان بودند که به صورت تصادفی خوشه‌‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌های حاصل از تحلیل اسناد با ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته از طریق آزمون  خی دو مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.از یافته های این تحقیق، ارائه چارچوب برنامه درسی درس اخلاق حرفه ای و اعتبارسنجی مولفه‌های اخلاق‌حرفه‌ای است که مورد تایید  نمونه های مورد‌بررسی در این پژوهش قرار گرفته است. بطوریکه در عنصر روش‌های یاددهی‌–یادگیری نتایج  تحلیل عامل نشان داد که :اهداف با بار عاملیz=68.34 ومحتوا با بارعاملی z=72.12 و فعالیت های یادگیری (روش تدریس) بابارعاملی z=62.74  وروش های ارزشیابی با بارعاملی z=58.83 به ترتیب تعیین کننده چارچوب برنامه درسی درس اخلاق حرفه ای هستند و همچنین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالای 87 درصد بیان کننده پایایی قابل قبول عناصر برنامه درسی است. اعتبار چارچوب نهایی برنامه درسی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. گزاره‌های‌الگوی نظری با ‌گزاره‌های مستخرج در ارتباط با اهداف،محتوا ،فعالیت های یادگیری مولفه‌های اخلاق‌حرفه‌ای در‌مطالعات انجام شده، همخوانی دارد و نتایج این پژوهش می تواند در طراحی برنامه های درسی رشته های فنی و مهارتی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

designing the curriculum model of the course professional ethics for the second year secondary school students of technical, vocational and professional branch and validating it from the point of view of curriculum planners and students.

the purpose of the research was to design a curriculum model for the course professional ethics for second year high school students of technical vocational and professional branch and validate it from the point of view of curriculum planners and students. the research approach is combined and its purpose is applied. the community consists of curriculum planners and art students. the sample included 30 specialists who were purposefully selected and 335 students who were randomly selected in a cluster. the data obtained from the analysis of the documents were analyzed with the researcher-made questionnaire tool through the chi-square test. from the findings of this research, the presentation of the professional ethics course curriculum framework and the validation of the professional ethics components are confirmed by the examined samples in this research is placed. in the element of teaching-learning methods, the results of the factor analysis showed that: goals with a factor load of z=68.34, content with a factor load of z=72.12, learning activities (teaching method) with a factor load of z=62.74, and evaluation methods with a factor loading of z=58.83 respectively determine the curriculum framework of the professional ethics course and also the cronbach’s alpha coefficient above 87% indicates the acceptable reliability of the curriculum elements. the validity of the final curriculum framework was confirmed. the propositions of the theoretical model are consistent with the propositions extracted in relation to the goals, content, and learning activities of the professional ethics components in the conducted studies.
