توسعه آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای متناسب با نیاز بازار کار (مدل دیکوم در حرفه سفال‌گری)

توسعه کمی و کیفی آموزش های مهارت، طراحی و تدوین مدل ها و روش های انعطاف پذیر در آموزش های مهارت تقاضا محور از ملزومات توسعه کشور و بخش سفال است وحرفه آموزی به افراد علاقه مند به سفال گری در ارتباط با نیازمندی های بازار کار و همچنین ارتقاء سطح مهارت های موجود برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای مشاغل سفال بخصوص برای استان همان که قطب تولید سفال به شمار می رود، ضرورتی اجتناب ناپذیر است. لذا در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نیازهای آموزشی بر اساس فرآیند تحلیل شغل در حرفه سفال  پرداخته است. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر رویکرد کیفی و از لحاظ روش شناختی پژوهش مشارکتی از نوع کیفی و نه کمی محسوب می گردد. جامعه آماری در این تحقیق شامل شاغلین و خبرگان حرفه سفال بودند که در طی جلسات و گارگاه های مربوطه متعدد از نظرات آنها استفاده و بهره برداری گردید. در بخش نمونه گیری از جامعه خبرگان صنعت سفال به دلیل استفاده از روش دیکوم ابتدا پنج نفر از خبرگان حوزه نامبرده براساس ویژگی‌های تخصص، تجربه و علاقه مندی برای شرکت در کارگاه به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و در کارگاه شرکت نمودند.نتایج پژوهش منجر به شناسایی مسیر توسعه حرفه ای صنعت سفال گردید و سه حرفه اصلی شناسایی گردید که مشتمل بر 29 حرفه فرعی بود. همچنین یافته های پژوهش، مستقیما برای برنامه های استاندارد سازی آموزش برای حرفه سفال کاربرد دارد.

development of technical and vocational training tailored to the needs of the labor market (dicom model in the pottery profession)

quantitative and qualitative development of skills training, design and development of flexible models and methods in demand training is a demand-driven necessity for the development of the country and the pottery sector, and vocational training for people interested in pottery in relation to their needs. the labor market as well as upgrading the existing skills to meet the needs of the pottery industry, especially for the province, which is the center of pottery production, is an inevitable necessity. therefore, in this regard, the present study examines the educational needs based on the job analysis process in the pottery profession. this research is a qualitative rather than quantitative participatory research in terms of applied purpose, qualitative approach and methodological methodology. the statistical population in this study included pottery professionals and experts whose opinions were used during various meetings and workshops. in the sampling section of the community of pottery industry experts, due to the use of the dikom method, first five experts from the mentioned field were selected by purposeful sampling based on the characteristics of expertise, experience and interest to participate in the workshop and participated in the workshop. the results of the research led to the identification of the path of professional development of the pottery industry and three main professions were identified, which included 29 sub-professions. the research findings are also directly applicable to training standardization programs for the pottery profession.
