راهبردهای توانمندسازی مهارتی در حوزه گردشگری، مطالعه موردی: استان زنجان

هدف اساسی پژوهش حاضر، ارائه راهبردهای توانمندسازی مهارتی در حوزه گردشگری  استان زنجان می باشد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف در زمره ی پژوهش های کاربردی و با توجه به این که در این پژوهش شرایط و روابط موجود و آثار مشهود توصیف و تفسیرشده است، از نظر نوع پژوهش در گروه پژوهشهای توصیفی‌ پیمایشی قرار میگیرد. این تحقیق، از نوع کیفی بوده و داده های آن از طریق مصاحبه با صاحب نظران آموزش های مهارتی گرد آوری خواهد شد. متغیر مستقل تحقیق حاضر راهکارهای توانمندسازی مهارتی در حوزه گردشگری می باشد. متغیر وابسته تحقیق حاضر توانمندسازی مهارتی در حوزه گردشگری می باشد. یافته ها نشان داد در منطقه مورد مطالعه تعداد 10 قوت داخلی در برابر 10 نقطه ضعف داخلی و تعداد 10 فرصت خارجی در برابر 10 تهدید خارجی مورد شناسایی و بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین ترتیب در مجموع تعداد 20 نقطه قوت و فرصت به عنوان مزیتها و تعداد 20 نقطه ضعف و تهدید به عنوان محدودیتها و تنگناهای پیش روی این ناحیه جهت توانمندسازی مهارتی در حوزه گردشگری استان زنجان قابل شناسایی است. لذا در یک جمع بندی و تحلیل می توان گفت که این نواحی نیازمند بازنگری و سیاست های مناسب در جهت رفع ضعفها و تهدیدها با استفاده از نقاط قوت و فرصتها می‌باشند. با توجه به اینکه نمره  نهایی نقاط قوت و ضعف و نمره نهایی فرصت ها و تهدیدات جهت استراتژیک توانمندسازی مهارتی در حوزه گردشگری استان زنجان بیانگر انتخاب استراتژی رقابتی می باشد.

the main purpose of this study is to provide skills empowerment strategies in the field of tourism in zanjan province. in terms of purpose, this research is among the applied researches and considering that in this research, the existing conditions and relations and tangible effects have been described and interpreted, in terms of the type of research, it is in the group of descriptive‌survey researches. this research is qualitative and its data will be collected through interviews with experts in skills training. the independent variable of the present study is skills empowerment strategies in the field of tourism. the dependent variable of the present study is skill empowerment in the field of tourism. findings showed that in the study area, 10 internal strengths against 10 internal weaknesses and 10 external opportunities against 10 external threats were identified and studied. thus, a total of 20 strengths and opportunities as advantages and 20 weaknesses and threats as limitations and bottlenecks in this area to enable skills in the field of tourism in zanjan province can be identified. therefore, in a summary and analysis, it can be said that these areas need to be reviewed and appropriate policies to address weaknesses and threats using strengths and opportunities. considering that the final score of strengths and weaknesses and the final score of opportunities and threats for strategic skills empowerment in the field of tourism in zanjan province indicate the selection of a competitive strategy.
