فراتحلیل مطالعات انجام شده در حوزه آسیب شناسی آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای در کشور

یکی از مهم‌ترین بخش‌های نظام آموزشی هر کشور، نظام آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای است و توجه به آن از جمله خط‌مشی‌های اساسی کشورها برای تربیت نیروی انسانی کارآمد به شمار می‌آید. آسیب‌شناسی سازمانی، اغلب به‌عنوان حساس‌ترین جزء استقرار یک طرح بهبود سازمان تلقی می‌شود. یکی از مهم‌ترین کارهایی که سازمان‌های موفق برای ارتقای اثربخشی خود انجام می‌دهند، آسیب‌شناسی صحیح و به‌موقع است که این امکان را به مدیران می‌دهد که همواره از مشکلات و مسائل جاری سازمان خود مطلع باشند و از بحرانی شدن آن جلوگیری نمایند. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف فراتحلیل مطالعات انجام‌شده در حوزه آسیب‌شناسی آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای کشور، به بررسی نقاط ضعف و نقاط قوت این آموزش پرداخته و نتیجه پژوهش‌های پیشین را مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار می‌دهد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در حوزه آسیب‌شناسی آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای کشور، و نمونه مورد مطالعه 8 پژوهش انجام‌شده در حوزه فوق است. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از روش کتابخانه‌ای، استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که: شرح لازم برای توسعه کیفی و کمی آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای در کشور، ایجاد زیرساخت‌های لازم برای آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ایاست. از آسیب‌های جدی، طولانی بودن برخی از آموزش‌های مورد نیاز بازار کار و همین‌طور کمبود آموزش‌های متناسب با بازار کار است. نقاط ضعف سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی نیز، می‌تواند تهدیدی برای سازمان باشد. 

meta-analysis of studies conducted in the field of educational pathology technical and professional in the country

the purpose of this study is to validate the model of analysis of educational and research policies of gorgan university of medical sciences. the research is inductive in nature and qualitative in terms of method. the statistical population of the study is experts and policymakers of the university of medical sciences and university professors who continued to achieve theoretical saturation by purposive sampling using the snowball technique. thus, 20 people were interviewed. the data collection tool is an unstructured questionnaire. the approach used in the present study is a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach. in the qualitative part, the data technique of the foundation has been used, which was presented after performing the three steps of open, axial, and selective coding of the initial model, and then using the delphi technique and obtaining the opinion of experts, the final model of the research was presented. in the qualitative part of structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach, using smart pls-3 software, the effect of each of the variables and items in the designed model was measured. in this section, a semi-structured questionnaire with a likert scale of data collection tools was included. finally, the model was obtained in 6 dimensions: causal factors, central category, strategy, bedrock factors, intervening factors, and consequences.
