اعتبار سنجی مدل تجزیه و تحلیل خط ‌مشی‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گرگان (با تکیه بر دوره های آموزشی و پژوهشی سازمان فنی حرفه‌ای)

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، اعتبارسنجی مدل تجزیه و تحلیل خط ‌مشی‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشگاه علوم پزشگی گرگان می باشد. پژوهش از حیث ماهیت استقرایی و از حیث روش، کیفی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش خبرگان و خط مشی گذاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و اساتید دانشگاهی می باشند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با استفاده از تکنیک گلوله برفی، تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت بدین ترتیب تعداد 20 نفر مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ساختارنایافته ای می باشد. رویکرد مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر رویکردی آمیخته کیفی-کمی می باشد. در بخش کیفی از تکنیک داده بنیاد استفاده شده است، که پس از انجام مراحل سه گانه کد گذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی مدل اولیه ارائه گردید و در ادامه با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی و کسب نظر از خبرگان، مدل نهایی پژوهش ارائه داده شد و در بخش کیفی از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با روکیرد حداقل مربعات جزئی با استفاده از نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس3 به سنجش تاثیر هر یک از متغیرها و گویه در قالب مدل طراحی شده پرداخته شد. در این بخش نیز پرسشنامه نیمه ساختار یافته ای با طیف لیکرت ابزار جمع آوری داده ها قرار گرفت. در نهایت مدل بدست آمده در 6 بعد عوامل علی، مقوله محوری، راهبرد، عوامل بسترساز، عوامل مداخله گر و پیامدها بدست آمد.

validation of educational and research policy analysis model model in gorgan university of medical sciences (based on training and research courses of professional technical organization)

the purpose of this study is to validate the model of analysis of educational and research policies of gorgan university of medical sciences. the research is inductive in nature and qualitative in terms of method. the statistical population of the study is experts and policymakers of the university of medical sciences and university professors who continued to achieve theoretical saturation by purposive sampling using the snowball technique. thus, 20 people were interviewed. the data collection tool is an unstructured questionnaire. the approach used in the present study is a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach. in the qualitative part, the data technique of the foundation has been used, which was presented after performing the three steps of open, axial, and selective coding of the initial model, and then using the delphi technique and obtaining the opinion of experts, the final model of the research was presented. in the qualitative part of structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach, using smart pls-3 software, the effect of each of the variables and items in the designed model was measured. in this section, a semi-structured questionnaire with a likert scale of data collection tools was included. finally, the model was obtained in 6 dimensions: causal factors, central category, strategy, bedrock factors, intervening factors, and consequences.
