بررسی مهارت های کارآفرینی مورد نیاز مهارت آموخته های آموزش فنی و حرفه ای برای فعالیت در کارگاه در اقتصاد تحت رکود (مطالعه موردی: مرکز آموزش فنی وحرفه ای خواهران استان خراسان جنوبی،مرکزقاین)

هدف کلی بررسی مهارت‌های کارآفرینی مورد نیاز مهارت آموخته های آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای  برای فعالیت در کارگاه در مرکز آموزش فنی وحرفه ای قاین  طی سال‌های 1385-1401 می‌باشد. نوع تحقیق توصیفی و کاربردی است و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه بود که پس از طراحی روایی صوری آن (بر اساس دیدگاه صاحب‌نظران) و پایایی آن (با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 71%) سنجیده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق 67 کارآفرین که در دوره‌های آموزشی مرکز فنی حرفه ای قاین شرکت داشتند را شامل و نمونه آماری به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعیین گردید. پرسش‌نامه‌ ساختاریافته شامل 21 گویه جهت مهارت های کارآفرینی تهیه، تکمیل و مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج می‌توان گفت که مهارت های کارآفرینی مورد نیاز مهارت آموخته های آموزش فنی و حرفه ای برای فعالیت در کارگاه در اقتصاد تحت رکود در مرکز قاین در سطح مطلوبی است. 

investigating the entrepreneurial skills required by technical and vocational education skills to work in the workshop in the economy under recession

the general goal is to investigate the entrepreneurial skills required by technical and vocational education students to work in the workshop at the qain technical and vocational training center during the years 1401-1385. the type of research is descriptive and applied, and the data collection tool was a questionnaire, which after designing, its face validity (based on the opinion of experts) and its reliability (using cronbach’s alpha coefficient 71%) were measured. the statistical population of the research included 67 entrepreneurs who participated in the training courses of qain vocational technical center, and the statistical sample was determined by convenience sampling. a structured questionnaire including 21 items for entrepreneurial skills was prepared, completed and analyzed. based on the results, it can be said that the entrepreneurial skills needed by the technical and vocational education students to work in the workshop in the economy under recession in qain center are at a favorable level.
