تاثیر تولید محتوای اموزشی و الکترونیکی بر یادگیری آموزش های مهارتی در کاراموزان مهارتی مرکزآموزش مهارت های پیشرفته رشت

 توجه به تنوع راهبرد های یاد دهی – یادگیری و بکارگیری کار آمد ترین ابزار است .تولید محتوای الکترونیکی بنا به یافته های جدید علمی فرایند یاد دهی- یادگیری اثربخش است که برای افزایش کارایی آموزش ،به کار گرفته می شود با توجه به توسعه روز افزون استفاده از تکنولوژی آموزش ، دراین پژوهش بنا به تحقیقات بعمل آمده مزیت ها و محدودیت های استفاده از آموزش از طریق  محتوای الکترونیکی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت، در عصر حاضر فناوری می تواند به یاری آموزش شتافته و به روند تکراری پرسش و پاسخ خاتمه داده و شیوه کیفیت عمیق یادگیری و آموزش پایدار را بهبود ببخشد.این پژوهش بر اساس مطالعه میدانی با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر در توسعه بازار محتوای الکترونیکی در سطح مرکز آموزش مهارت های پیشرفته رشت انجام شده است. به این منظور پرسش نامه ای که ویژگی های اصلی آموزش مجازی و عوامل مهم در تولید محتوا را مورد توجه قرار داده است تهیه گردید. با انتخاب کارگاه های فعال مرکرزآموزش مهارت های پیشرفته رشت در جلسات حضوری یا الکترونیکی آن ها را تکمیل کرده و اطلاعات مورد نظر جمع آوری شد. سپس با میانگین گیری از پاسخ های داده شده چالش ها و کاستی های موجود شناسایی شد و راهکارهایی برای برطرف نمودن آن ها پیشنهاد گردید.

the effect of producing educational and electronical content on learning instructed skills in learners of advanced training skill center

paying attention to the diversity of teaching-learning strategies is the most effective tool. electronic content production is an effective teaching-learning process based on new scientific findings, which is used to increase the efficiency of education, due to the increasing development. the use of education technology, in this research, according to the researches, the advantages and limitations of using education through electronic content were studied. in the present age, technology can help education and put an end to the repetitive process of questions and answers. improve the deep quality of sustainable learning and teaching.this research is based on a field study with the aim of investigating the factors affecting the development of the electronic content market at the level of rasht advanced skills training center. for this purpose, a questionnaire was prepared that considered the main features of e-learning and important factors in content production. by selecting active workshops of rasht advanced skills training center in face-to-face or electronic sessions, they were completed and the desired information was collected. then, by averaging the answers given, the existing challenges and shortcomings were identified and solutions were proposed to address them.
