بررسی وضعیت مطلوب و موجود عنصر هدف جهت تبیین الزامات اجرای طرح آموزش و یادگیری آنلاین در مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان قزوین

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی الزامات اجرای طرح آموزش و یادگیری آنلاین در مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان قزوین ضمن تبیین یکی از عناصر برنامه درسی(هدف) در آن بود. این پژوهش از نوع کار بردی و با روش توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام گرفت و به دلیل استفاده از روش ها و ابزارهای کیفی و کمی، در زمره پژوهش های ترکیبی قرار می گیرد. بر این اساس، پژوهش در دو بخش و روش جداگانه انجام گرفت. در بخش کیفی 20 نفر از اساتید و مربیان صاحب نظر به شیوه ی هدفمند انتخاب و به منظور تعیین وضعیت مطلوب عناصر برنامه درسی برای اجرای طرح آموزش آنلاین و پیشنهاد برنامه درسی مطلوب، با ایشان مصاحبه به عمل آمد. در بخش کمی پژوهش جامعه آماری شامل دو گروه می باشد. گروه اول شامل مدرسین و مربیان و گروه دوم شامل کارآموزان مراکز فنی و حرفه ای استان می باشند. این افراد به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه بین آنان توزیع شد. از دیدگاه پاسخگویان، برنامه درسی در وضعیت مطلوب باید دارای ویژگی هایی باشد که این ویژگی ها در مورد عنصر هدف در شش مقوله، ارائه گردیده است. نتایج بخش کمی نیز نشان داد که بین دیدگاه مدرسین و کارآموزان در مورد تطابق عناصر برنامه درسی در وضعیت موجود با وضعیت مطلوب تفاوت وجود دارد.  

assessing the desired and existing status of the target element to explain the requirements for the implementation of online education and learning plan in technical and vocational training centers in qazvin province

the purpose of this study was to investigate the requirements for implementing an online education and learning plan in technical and vocational education centers in qazvin province while explaining one of the elements of the curriculum (purpose). this research was applied and descriptive-survey method and due to the use of qualitative and quantitative methods and tools, is among the combined research. accordingly, the research was conducted in two separate sections and methods. in the qualitative section, 20 knowledgeable professors and instructors were purposefully selected and interviewed in order to determine the optimal status of the curriculum elements for the implementation of the online education plan and to propose the optimal curriculum. in the quantitative part of the research, the statistical population consists of two groups. the first group includes teachers and trainers and the second group includes interns of technical and professional centers of the province. these individuals were selected by simple random sampling method and a questionnaire was distributed among them. from the respondents’ point of view, the curriculum in the desired condition should have features that are presented about the target element in six categories. the results of the quantitative section also showed that there is a difference between the views of teachers and trainees on the compatibility of curriculum elements in the current situation with the desired situation.
