ارائه الگوی تولید دانش بنیان و اشتغال آفرین مبتنی بر مهارت های فنی و حرفه ای مورد مطالعه سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای

تولید دانش‌بنیان و اشتغال‌آفرین تنها یک شعار روز نیست بلکه الزامی اساسی است که نیازمند اقداماتی عملیاتی و راهبردی است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی تولید دانش‌بنیان و اشتغال‌آفرین مبتنی بر مهارت‌های فنی-حرفه‌ای انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر از منظر هدف یک پژوهش کاربردی-توسعه‌ای است که با طرح تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل 15 نفر از مدیران ستادی و استانی سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای است. در بخش کمی نیز از دیدگاه 391 نفر از کارآموزان سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه طیف لیکرت می‌باشد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل کیفی مضمون با نرم‌افزار maxqda، مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری با نرم‌افزار micmac و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی با نرم‌افزار smart pls استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد توانمندسازی مربیان فنی-حرفه‌ای و بازنگری محتوای آموزش فنی-حرفه‌ای قدرت نفوذ بالایی داشته و از طریق آموزش کارآفرینانه بر دانش فنی و دانش علمی تولید تاثیر می‌گذارند. دانش فنی و دانش علمی تولید نیز به صورت معناداری موجب تولید دانش‌بنیان می‌شوند. در نهایت نیز از طریق تولید دانش‌بنیان می‌توان به اهداف کلان اشتغال‌آفرینی دست پیدا کرد. 

presenting a production model of knowledge-based and job-creating based on technical-vocational skills (case study: technical and vocational education organization)

the production of knowledge-based and job-creating is not just a slogan of the day, but a basic requirement that requires operational and strategic measures. in this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of providing a model of knowledge-based and employment-generating production based on technical-professional skills. the present study is an applied-developmental research that was conducted with a mixed exploratory research design. the statistical population of the quality department includes 15 staff and provincial managers of the technical and vocational education organization. in the quantitative part, the views of 391 trainees of the technical and vocational education organization were used. the data collection tool in the qualitative part is a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part is a likert scale questionnaire. for data analysis, content qualitative analysis method with maxqda software, structural-interpretive modeling with micmac software and partial least squares method with smart pls software were used. the results showed that empowerment of technical-vocational trainers and reviewing the content of technical-vocational training have a high influence and affect technical knowledge and scientific production knowledge through entrepreneurial training. technical knowledge and scientific knowledge of production also significantly produce knowledge-based production. finally, through the production of knowledge-based, the macro goals of job creation can be achieved
