احیای مراکز تخصصی دوره‌های 18 ماهه در سطح کشور

هدف از اجرای این پژوهش که به شیوه اقدام‌پژوهی صورت گرفته است، ارائه راهکارهایی برای جذب کارآموز و برطرف نمودن مشکلات موجود در آموزش دوره‌های طرح 18 ماهه می‌باشد. این پژوهش در بازه زمانی طولانی مدت نظرسنجی‌هایی را از کارآموزان دوره 18 ماهه انجام داده است. سپس با بررسی مشکلات موجود و ارائه پیشنهادات، تعدادی از پیشنهادات که قابل اجرا و برنامه‌ریزی بوده، در دوره‌های بعدی اعمال شده است. پس از بررسی مشکلات موجود در طرح 18 ماهه و نظرسنجی انجام شده از کارآموزان به این نتیجه رسیدیم که مشکلاتی که در ابتدای کار با مشورت همکاران در این زمینه لیست کرده بودیم تا حد زیادی درست بوده و منطبق با نظرات کارآموزان می‌باشد. از این رو با مشورت همکارن صاحبنظر و مجریان طرح 18 ماهه لیستی از یپشنهادها جهت رفع مشکلات این دوره‌ها آماده کردیم. همچنین جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و همچنین گزارش‌های کیفی که حاصل تجربیات مربی می‌باشد، یافته‌های پژوهش گردآوری شده و عمده روش‌های گردآوری اطلاعات مشاهدات مربی، مصاحبه با کارآموزان و همچنین استفاده از نظرسنجی‌های کارآموزان می‌باشد. یافته های این پژوهش نشان از روند بهبود رضایت کارآموزان از دوره‌های آموزشی طرح 18ماهه و افزایش تعاملات بین مهارت آموختگان این دوره و صنایع می‌باشد.

revival of specialized centers for 18-month courses throughout the country

the purpose of this research, which has been done through research method, is to provide solutions to attract trainees and solve the existing problems in teaching 18-month plan courses. this research has conducted surveys of 18-month trainees over a long period of time. then, by examining the existing problems and providing suggestions, a number of suggestions that can be implemented and planned, have been applied in subsequent periods. after reviewing the problems in the 18-month plan and conducting a survey of trainees, we came to the conclusion that the problems we listed at the beginning of the work in consultation with our colleagues in this area are largely correct and consistent with the trainees’ opinions. therefore, in consultation with our expert colleagues and implementers of the 18-month plan, we prepared a list of suggestions to solve the problems of these courses. also, in order to analyze the information using descriptive statistics as well as qualitative reports that are the result of the instructor’s experiences, the research findings are collected and the main methods of collecting information are the instructor’s observations, interviews with trainees and also the use of trainees’s surveys. the findings of this study show the process of improving the trainees’ satisfaction with the 18-month plan training courses and increasing the interactions between the skills of the graduates of this course and industries.
