نقش واسط ابتکار و نوآوری در رابطه با فناوری اطلاعات و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان در آموزشکده های فنی و حرفه ای

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تاثیرپذیری عملکرد شغلی کارکنان از فناوری اطلاعات  با نقش واسط دو متغیر ابتکار و  نوآوری در آموزشکده های فنی و حرفه ای شهرستان بجنورد بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوه اجرا از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه کارکنان و اساتید آموزشکده های شهرستان بجنورد در دو مرکز دختران و پسران بوده است که تعداد آنها 250 نفر می باشد. روش نمونه گیری ،روش  تصادفی طبقه ای بوده است و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 148 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه استاندارد فناوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه استاندارد عملکرد شغلی و پرسشنامه ابتکار و  نوآوری بود. بعد از تایید روایی، پایایی هر یک از پرسشنامه ها به ترتیب 0.75، 0.76 و 0.84 محاسبه گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها  از روش معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار amos بود. یافته ها نشان داد بین فناوری اطلاعات و ابتکار و نوآوری رابطه وجود دارد همچنین بین ابتکار و نوآوری با عملکرد شغلی کارکنان رابطه وجود دارد همچنین بین فناوری اطلاعات و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان با نقش واسطه ای ابتکار و نوآوری در آموزشکده های فنی و حرفه ای شهرستان بجنورد رابطه وجود دارد.

the role of the interface between innovation and innovation in relation to information technology and job performance of staff in technical and vocational schools

the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of employees’ job performance on information technology with the role of the interface between two innovators and innovators in technical and vocational schools of bojnourd. this research was applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of its implementation method was correlation. the statistical population of this research is all the staff and professors of the colleges of bojnourd in two centers of girls and boys, numbering 250 people. the sampling method was stratified random sampling method and the sample size was considered to be 148 people based on cochran formula. the data gathering tool was a standard information technology questionnaire, a standard questionnaire of job performance, and innovation and innovation questionnaire. after confirmation of validity, the reliability of each questionnaire was 0.75, 0.76 and 0.84, respectively. data analysis was performed using structural equation method with amos software. the findings show that there is a relationship between information technology and innovation and innovation, and there is a relationship between innovation and innovation with employees’ job performance. also, there is a relationship between information technology and job performance of employees with the intermediate role of innovation and innovation in technical and vocational schools of bojnourd.
