شناسایی عوامل موثر بر انتخاب رشته دانش‌آموزان رشته فنی و حرفه‌ای از دیدگاه ذی نفعان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر انتخاب رشته دانش آموزان فنی و حرفه ای از دیدگاه دانش آموزان، والدین و مدیران دبیران در شهرستان ساری انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - پیماشی و جامعه آماری مدارس فنی و حرفه ای پسرانه در ناحیه ٢ ساری بوده است. روش نمونه گیری از نوع تصادفی خوشه ای بوده که در نهایت تعداد 72 نفر از مدیران و دبیران، 184 نفر از دانش آموزان و تعداد 122 نفر از والدین به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. ابزار مورد پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته نظام مند ار نوع مقیاس چهار درجه ای لیکرت بوده که حاوی ٢٥ سوال می باشد. ضریب روایی محتوایی بر اساس cvr برابر با 99/0 و پایایی پرسشنامه مربوط به والدین، دانش آموزان و مدیران - دبیران به ترتیب 79/0 ،82/0 و 71/0 بدست آمده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار spss21 در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی(آزمونt و آزمون فریدمن) انجام شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که از دیدگاه مدیران و دبیران کارنامه در اولویت اول و وام های خود اشتغالی در اولویت آخر قرار دارد. از دیدگاه والدین بازار کار در اولویت اول و وام های خود اشتغالی در اولویت آخر قرار دارد و از دیدگاه دانش آموزان نیز، بازار کار در اولویت اول و ترس از شکست در اولویت آخر قرار دارد.

Identifying Factors Affecting the Selection of Technical and vocational Students from the Stakeholder Perspective

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the selection of technical and vocational students from the perspective of students, parents and managersteachers in Sari. The research method was descriptive survey and the statistical population of boys’ technical and vocational schools in Sari area. Sampling method was cluster random sampling. Finally, 72 managers and teachers, 184 students and 122 parents answered the questionnaire. The research tool was a systematic researchermade questionnaire with Likerttype 4point scale containing 25 questions. Content validity coefficient based on cvr was 0.99 and reliability of questionnaire for parents, students and managersteachers was 0.79, 0.82 and 0.71, respectively. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21 software in two sections: descriptive and inferential statistics (ttest and Friedman test). The results of this study showed that from the viewpoint of managers and teachers, the first priority and the selfemployment loans are the last priority. From the parents ’perspective, the labor market is the top priority and selfemployment loans are the top priority, and from the students’ point of view, the labor market is the top priority and fear of failure.
