تحولات جدید در شهرهای هوشمند جهان

با پیشرفت مداوم فناوری، اقتصاد و جامعه، نیروی محرکه فناوری‌های انفورماتیک نسل جدید قادر به توسعه برنامه‌های کاربردی هوشمند و ایجاد یک مدل شهری جدید و پایدار هستند. این مقاله به‌بررسی تحولات جدید در شهرهای هوشمند جهان و ارزیابی مزایای ساخت و ساز و پیش‌بینی روند توسعه پروژه بر اساس ایده‌ها و مستندات نظری صادر شده توسط دولت پرداخته است. این مقاله نشان داد که (1) پروژه شهر هوشمند به سه حوزه اصلی و دو مفهوم نسبتاً جدید تقسیم می‌شود: دولت هوشمند، اقتصاد هوشمند، جامعه هوشمند، نسل جدید زیرساخت‌های انفورماتیک و محیط توسعه یک شهر هوشمند است. (2) فناوری‌های کلیدی درگیر در ساخت شهر هوشمند عبارتند از: اینترنت اشیا، محاسبات ابری، اینترنت موبایل، داده‌های بزرگ، فناوری ژئو انفورماتیک و هوش مصنوعی. (3) ساخت پروژه شهر هوشمند مزایای زیادی را به همراه خواهد داشت، نه محدود به منافع برای سرمایه گذاران، بلکه باعث بهبود شادی شهروندان، کاهش مشکلات شهری، ارتقای توسعه اقتصادی و پایداری و پیشبرد توسعه صنایع مرتبط با توسعه آنها خواهد شد و نتایج تعریف و کاربرد پروژه شهر هوشمند را با روند توسعه آن مرتبط کرده و اطلاعات موثری را در اختیار سیاستگذاران قرار می‌هد تا طراحی و ساخت پروژه شهر هوشمند بومی‌سازی شده خود را راهنمایی کنند.

based on multiple definitions and cultural interpretations of smart cities, this study systematically collects the components, standards and development modes of smart cities in different regions of the world and provides a new integration of smart city dimensions and operational framework based on the development process with the aim of providing a theoretical basis. and it has provided a practical direction for the transition from the future development of smart cities and formulation of planning policies. the results of the research are as follows: (1) in the process of building smart cities, the countries that perceive smart cities are guided by their local cultures, and provide different perceptions of the definitions, components and standards of smart cities in different geographical regions; (2) researchers have proposed different dimensions and combinations for the development of smart cities based on regional cultural, technological, and time contexts, with the aim of discovering how cities become smart. (3) with the accumulation of experience in the construction of smart cities, the individual-technology-culture dimension model, which is a combination of people, technology and culture, shows a better alignment with the requirements of smart city development around the world. this lays the foundation for the transition from theory to practice in creating the future operational framework for smart cities. (4) based on cross-cultural geographical analysis, using the practical experiences of smart city projects in different countries and their progress rating levels, this study analyzes the challenges and opportunities facing smart city development and presents problems that they should be resolved quickly for more effective mechanisms of smart city development.
