توسعه اینترنت آینده، درس آموخته‌هایی از پیشروان جهانی و راهکارهای پیشنهادی برای ایران

همزمان با تغییرات فناورانه و رشد روزافزون تعداد کاربران شبکه‌های ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی، تنوع خدمات قابل‌ارائه و میزان تقاضای خدمات در این شبکه‌ها افزایش یافته است. این رشد به‌گونه‌ای بوده که شبکه‌های فعلی با چالش‌های فنی، امنیتی و عملکردی مواجه شده‌اند. ازاین‌رو با توجه به ضرورت گذر به‌سمت اینترنت آینده، تحقیقات در این خصوص در کشورها آغاز شد. هدف از این پژوهش نیز بررسی و تحلیل برنامه‌ها و اقدامات کشورهای پیشرو در توسعه اینترنت آینده بوده و با بررسی پتانسیل اینترنت آینده در پاسخگویی به چالش‌های فعلی، به دیدگاه کشورهای آمریکا، چین، کره جنوبی و همچنین اتحادیه اروپا را در زمینه اینترنت آینده پرداخته است. در ادامه، با توجه به مطالعات انجام شده، پیشنهاداتی برای توسعه اینترنت آینده در ایران نیز ارائه شده است. نتیجه این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که محدودیت‌های معماری اینترنت، امنیتی و همچنین مقیاس‌پذیری آن بر عملکرد و کیفیت ارائه خدمات تاثیر داشته است و کشورها در این راستا با محوریت منافع عمومی و کاربران، چشم‌انداز، سیاست‌ها و اقداماتی را تدوین کرده‌اند. لذا می‌توان گفت، برای داشتن زیربنای مناسب در مسیر دیجیتال‌سازی، موضوع اینترنت آینده و ابعاد آن باید بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

along with the technological changes and the growing number of users of communication and information networks, there has been a surge in the diversity of available services and their demands in these networks. this growth has resulted in current networks encountering various technical, security, and operational challenges. hence, acknowledging the necessity of transitioning towards the future internet, research endeavors in this domain have been launched globally. the objective of this research is to examine and analyze the programs and actions of leading countries in the development of the future internet and to address the perspectives of the united states, china, south korea, as well as the european union on the future internet by examining its potential in addressing current challenges. furthermore, based on conducted studies, recommendations for the development of the future internet in iran have also been provided. the findings of this research suggest that the constraints related to internet architecture, security, and scalability have impacted the effectiveness and quality of service provision. consequently, countries have developed visions, policies, and measures aimed at prioritizing public interests and addressing the needs of users in this regard. therefore, it can be concluded that to establish a suitable infrastructure for the digitalization process, greater attention should be devoted to the topic of the future internet and its various dimensions.
