رویکرد سیستم‌های غذایی پایدار

امروزه اجماع‌نظر جهانی بر این است که سیستم غذای جهانی قادر به تغذیه خوب برای تمامی مردم نیست و باعث فرسایش محیط ‌‌زیست و از دست رفتن تنوع زیستی هم می‌شود، به گونه‌ای که برای غلبه بر چالش‌های سوء‌تغذیه مداوم و فقر مناطق روستایی که با تغییرات اقلیم تشدید می‌شوند، نیاز به تغییرات اساسی است. در سال‌های اخیر رویکردهای کشاورزی- اکولوژیکی، منجر به پیشرفت‌های خوبی در زمینه‌های علمی و کشاورزی شده است، همچنین راهکارهایی را برای تغییر سیستم‌های کشاورزی و غذایی پیشنهاد می‌کنند. سیستم‌های غذایی پایدار پتانسیل حفاظت از سلامت انسان و حمایت از پایداری محیط‌ ‌زیست را دارند. سیستم‌های غذایی شامل طیف وسیعی از بازیگران و فعالیت‌های ارزش‌افزای مرتبط با آنها در طول زنجیره غذایی، شامل تولید، انبارداری و نگهداری، پردازش، توزیع، مصرف و دفع محصولات غذایی است. ایمنی، امنیت غذایی و پایداری سیستم غذایی مباحث چندوجهی هستند که تامین بخشی از آن برعهده دولت‌ها، بخشی برعهده صنایع و بخش‌های خصوصی و قسمتی نیز برعهده مردم است که باید در این زمینه مشارکت و آگاهی داشته باشند. این مباحث باید در یک زنجیره کامل از مزرعه تا سفره، در چارچوب سیاست هماهنگی دیده شوند و اتصال بین تمام حلقه‌ها در این زنجیره به‌طور مناسب وجود داشته باشد. در این مطالعه سیستم غذایی پایدار و عناصر آن تعریف شده و اهمیت آن بیان می‌شود.

today, the global consensus is that the global food system is not able to feed all the people well and it also causes environmental erosion and loss of biodiversity, so that in order to overcome the challenges of continuous malnutrition and poverty in rural areas that are intensified by climate change, fundamental changes are needed. in recent years, agro-ecological approaches have led to good progress in the scientific, agricultural and political fields and suggest solutions for changing agricultural and food systems. sustainable food systems have the potential to protect human health and support environmental sustainability. food systems include a wide range of actors and their associated value-added activities along the food chain, including production, storage, processing, distribution, consumption and disposal of food products. safety, food security and sustainability of the food system are multi-faceted topics, which are partially provided by governments, partially by industries and private sectors, and partially by the people, who must participate and be aware of this issue. these issues should be seen in a complete chain from farm to table, in the framework of coordinated policy, and the connection between all the links in this chain should exist properly. in this study, the sustainable food system and its elements are defined and its importance is showed.a
