بررسی اسناد علمی ایران در سال 2021

در سال 2021، بر اساس تعداد نمایه‌های ثبت شده در پایگاه وبگاه علم موسسه اطلاعات علمی کلاریویت آنالیتیکس، در مجموع سه حوزه علوم، علوم اجتماعی و علوم انسانی به‌علاوه هنر، پنج کشور نخست به ترتیب میزان مشارکت آنها در تولید اسناد علمی امریکا، چین، انگلستان، آلمان و ایتالیا بوده‌اند. چین با 24.7 درصد مشارکت در اسناد علمی نمایه شده در حوزه علوم برتر از امریکا با مشارکت 23.1 درصدی بوده است. صرف‌نظر از رشد بسیار چشمگیر چین، دو کشور هند و عربستان سعودی، بیشترین رشد را در اسناد علمی در طول سه سال اخیر داشته‌اند. جمهوری اسلامی ایران، در سالهای 2019 و 2020 میزان مشارکت 1.9 درصدی داشته است اما در سال 2021 به 1.8 درصد کاهش یافته است. تعداد اسناد علمی منتشر شده ایران در حوزه علوم 50900 (2.05 درصد مقدار جهانی و رتبه شانزدهم جهان)، در علوم اجتماعی 4296 (1.00 درصد مقدار جهانی و رتبه بیست و نهم جهان) و در علوم انسانی و هنر 273 (0.27 درصد مقدار جهانی و رتبه سی و هشتم جهان) و در مجموع 52230 (1.89 درصد مقدار جهانی و رتبه شانزدهم) می‌باشد. نسبت به سال قبل میلادی (2020)، رتبه ایران تغییری نداشته است. در ضمن، در نمایه استنادی نشریات نوظهور (esci)، با ثبت 12043 نمایه و سهم سه درصدی جهان، ایران در رتبه دوازدهم تولید این اسناد قرار گرفته است. ایران با 794 مقاله پرارجاع و 73 مقاله داغ چاپ شده در سال 2021، به ترتیب سهم مشارکتی 3.4 درصدی و 3.2 درصدی داشته است. رتبه جهانی ایران در مجموع مقالات پرارجاع و داغ 16 می‌باشد. غالب نشریاتی که تعداد مقالات ایران در آنها زیاد است، در چارکهای اول و دوم (q1 و q2) می‌باشند. سه ناشر مشهور بین‌المللی الزویر، اشپرینگرنیچر و وایلی، به ترتیب با انتشار 16549، 10847 و 4276 سند، نقش اول را در انتشارات اسناد علمی ایران داشته‌اند. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران با انتشار 4468 (8.5 درصد کشور) و دانشگاه تهران با انتشار 4155 (8.0 درصد کشور) سند علمی به ترتیب در مقام اول و دوم دانشگاه های کشور از نظر کمیّت تولید اسناد علمی قرار گرفته‌اند. سهم این دو دانشگاه در طول پنج سال گذشته همواره شانزده درصد اسناد علمی کشور بوده است. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی، دانشگاه تربیت مدرس و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران، به ترتیب، رتبه‌های سوم تا پنجم را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند.

Evaluating of Iran Scientific Documents in 2021

In 2021, according to the number of indexes recorded on the Web of Science of the Clarivate Analytics Institute of Scientific Information, in a total of three fields of science, social sciences and humanities and art, the top five countries in terms of their participation in the production of scientific documents are USA, China, England, Germany and Italy, respectively. China has a 24.1% contribution of scientific indexed documents in the field of top science from the US with a 23.1% contribution. Despite the dramatic growth of China, India and Saudi Arabia have had the largest growth in scientific documents in the last three years. The Islamic Republic of Iran, in 2019 and 2020, had a participation rate of 1.9 percent, but in 2021 it has decreased to 1.8 percent. The number of Iranian scientific documents was 50900 (2.05% of the world value and rank of 16) in science, 4296 (1.00% of the world value and rank of 29) in social sciences, 273 (0.27% of the world value and rank of 37) in art and humanities, and 5230 (1.89% of the world value and rank of 16) in total, in 2021. Compared to the previous year (2020), Iran’s ranking has not changed. In Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), by recording 12043 indexes and 3.0 percent of contribution in the World, Iran is located in 12 ranks as before. Iran, with 794 highlycited articles and 73 hot articles published in 2021, had a global contributing of 3.4 percent and 3.2 percent, respectively. Iran ranks 16th in the total of most highlycited and hot articles. Most of the publications with a large number of Iranian articles are in the first and second quarters (Q1 and Q2). The three internationally famous publishers Elsevier, SpringerNature and Wiley, have published 16,549, 10847 and 4276 scientific documents of Iran, respectively. Tehran University of Medical Sciences with the publication of 4468 (8.5% of the country) and the University of Tehran with the publication of 4155 (0.8% of the country) scientific documents are ranked first and second in the country, respectively, in terms of quantity of scientific documents. The contribution of these two universities during the last five years has always been sixteen percent of the country’s scientific documents. Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tarbiat Modares University and Iran University of Medical Sciences are ranked third to fifth, respectively.
