انواع نمک های دارویی و طبی در ایران

امروزه کشورهای دارای منابع نمک به تولید نمک‌های طبی و دارویی توجه دارند. ایران دارای منابع آبی فوق شور و معادن نمکی است. این منابع که گاهاً بی‌نظیرند، دارای انواع نمک‌های دارویی و طبی هستند که هنوز شناسایی و یا استانداردسازی نشده است. از نمک‌های خوراکی طبی ثبت شده در کشور نمک حاوی منیزیوم است .عمده نمک‌های دارویی و طبی از لجن و آب نمک محیط‌های فوق شور به‌دست می‌آیند. اگرچه سواحل نمکی برای نمک درمانی مورد توجه‌اند، اما ارزش واقعی این مواد در ساخت دارو و مواد آرایشیبهداشتی است. از میان منابع نمک طبی کشور، شناخته‌شده‌ترین آنها دریاچه ارومیه است که علیرغم صادرات لجن آن برای ساخت دارو و مواد آرایشی از سواحل آن برای درمان برخی بیماری‌ها استفاده می‌شود. نمک طبی استاندارد کشور که تجاری شده است، کیسه‌های نمک گرم است. در سال‌های اخیر فروش انواع غیراستاندارد نمک به نام نمک دریا در بازار طب سنتی بسیار رایج شده است. تنوع و ظرفیت بالای منابع نمک کشور، امکان بهره‌برداری و تولید انواع نمک خوراکی طبی و دارویی استاندارد را داراست که منابع ارزشمند اقتصاد پایدار هستند. در این مورد تلاش محققین برای معرفی محصولات فناورانه انها بسیار ضروری است. این مقاله سعی در معرفی این منابع و ویژگی‌های نمک در کشور دارد.

Types of medicinal and therapeutic salts in Iran

Nowadays, countries with salt resources pay attention to producing medicinal and therapeutic salts.  Iran has hypersaline water resources and salt mines. These sources, which are sometimes unique, contain a variety of medicinal and therapeutic salts that have not yet been identified or standardized. Magnesiumcontaining salt is one of the ediblemedicinal salts registered in the country. Most medicinal and therapeutic salts are obtained from sludge and salt water in hypersaline environments. Although salt beaches are important for salt therapy, the true value of their saltwater and sludge is in the manufacture of medicine and cosmetics products. Among the medical salt sources in the country, the most wellknown is Urmia, and in addition to export of its sludge for making medicine and cosmetics, its shores are utilized for treating some diseases. Sea salt heat bag is the commercial production of standard medicinal salt in the country. In recent years, the sale of nonstandard types called &sea salts& has also become common in the traditional medicine market. The diversity and high capacity of the country’s salt resources have the potential to exploit and produce a variety of standard medicinal and pharmaceutical salts that are valuable resources of a sustainable economy. For this purpose, the effort of researchers to introduce Hitech products is essential. This article tries to introduce these sources and characteristics of salts in the country.
