تنوع ریختی جمعیت‌های جویبارماهی چومانoxynoemacheilus chomanicus در حوضه آبخیز رودخانه چومان با استفاده از روش ریخت سنجی هندسی

جویبارماهی چومان chomanicus oxynoemacheilus یکی از گونه‌های بوم‌زاد حوضه رودخانه چومان می‌باشد که در بیشتر سرشاخه‌های این حوضه پراکنش دارد. به‌منظور بررسی الگوی تنوع شکل بدن این گونه با استفاده از روش ریخت‌‌سنجی هندسی تعداد 16 لندمارک بر روی تصاویر 92 نمونه از رودخانه‌های بوئین، بانه و شوی مورد استفاده قرار داده شد. داده‌ها بر اساس آنالیز‌های آماری چند متغیره تجزیه به تابع‌های اصلی، تجزیه همبستگی کانونی و آنالیز واریانس چند متغیره مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بیانگر تفاوت شکل بدن جمعیت‌های مورد مطالعه در ناحیه سر، پایه باله پشتی و ساقه دمی به واسطه سازگاری با شرایط زیستگاهی بود. 

morphological variation among oxynoemacheilus chomanicus populations of the choman river drainage shown using the geometrics morphometric technique

oxynoemacheilus chomanicus is an endemic loach species in choman river drainage of kurdistan province (iran). in this study we evaluated the morphological variation of body shape among different population of this species from three main tributaries of choman river; baneh, boein and shooei rivers. a total of 92 specimens were examined using geometric morphometric method. using the photographs from the left side of specimens 14 landmarks and 2 semi-landmarks points were selected and analyzed using pca and cva methods. results obtained indicated significant differences between studied populations, especially in head, caudal peduncle and dorsal fin base parts of the fish body.
