سن و رشد ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (oncorhynchus mykiss) در رودخانه بهشت‌آباد چهارمحال و بختیاری

ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (oncorhynchus mykiss) یک گونه غیربومی در آب‌های داخلی ایران است و اطلاعات کمی درباره این گونه در آب‌های ایران وجود دارد. در این مطالعه، برخی ویژگی‌های زیستی این ماهی با جمع‌آوری 355 نمونه از رودخانه بهشت‌آباد استان چهارمحال‌وبختیاری، با استفاده از تور گوش‌گیر و پرتابی، از فروردین تا اسفند 1392 به صورت ماهیانه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دامنه طول کل ماده‌ها 17.1 تا 40.2 (sd4.54 ±26.5) سانتی‌متر و دامنه طول کل برای ماهیان نر 15.5 تا 40.3 (5.93 ±24.9) سانتی‌متر بود. سن نرها بین +1 تا +4 سال و ماده‌ها بین +2 تا +5 سال تخمین زده شد. بیشترین فراوانی برای جنس نر و ماده به ترتیب در سنین +1 و +2 سال بود. نسبت جنسی 1 نر: 1.3 ماده بود. رابطه طول وزن در جنس ماده به صورت (94/ 0=2r) 09/3l0.054 =w و در جنس نر به‌صورت (0.096 =2r) 3.06l0.0094 =w بود. این رابطه نشان داد که برای هر دو جنس الگوی رشد از نوع ایزومتریک است. معادله رشد وان‌برتالانفی برای جنس نر به صورت [(1.85t)0.1582e1]52.04 =lt و برای جنس ماده [(2.461t)0.105e1]66.393 =lt محاسبه شد. شاخص عملکرد رشد برای نر 6.06 و برای ماده 6.14 به دست آمد که نشان‌دهنده رشد سریع‌تر ماده ها نسبت به نرها بود.

Age and growth of Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) in Beheshtabad River of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province

Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) is an exotic fish in the inland waters of Iran and little is known about this species in Iranian waters. In this study, some biological characteristics of rainbow trout were examined in 355 specimens collected monthly from the Beheshtabad River of ChaharmahalvaBakhtiari Province from April 2013 to March 2014. The total length of females and males ranged from 17.1 to 40.2 cm (26.05 ±4.54 SD) and from 15.5 to 40.3 cm (24.9 ±5.93), respectively. The age of male and female rainbow trout ranged between 1+ to 4+ and 2+ to 5+ years, respectively. The most frequent age groups were 1+ and 2+ in males and females, respectively. The sex ratio was 1.3F:1M. Based on macroscopic gonad observation, the maturation cycle consisted of five stages; immature, developing, spawning, regressing, and regeneration phases. The lengthweight relationship was described as W= 0.0094L3.063, (r2= 0.96) for males and W= 0.054L3.087, (r2= 0.944) for females. This relationship showed that the growth was isometric for both sexes. The von Bertalanffy growth models were estimated as Lt=52.04[1e0.1582(t1.85)] and Lt=66.39[1e0.105(t2.46)] for males and females, respectively. The growth performance indices were estimated as 6.06 and 6.14 for males and females, respectively, indicating a faster growth rate for female individuals.
