ویژگی های رشد و ساختار سنی ماهی سفید رودخانه ای (squalius berak heckel, 1843) در رودخانه کشکان، استان لرستان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی برخی از ویژگی های زیست شناختی ماهی سفید رودخانه ای (squalius berak) در رودخانه کشکان واقع در استان لرستان انجام گرفت. تعداد 60 قطعه ماهی سفید رودخانه‌ای در شهریورماه 1397 از رودخانه کشکان با استفاده از دستگاه الکتروشوکر صید شد. بیومتری طولی و وزن نمونه های صید شده پس از تعیین جنسیت، با استفاده از دستگاه کولیس و ترازوی دیجیتال اندازه‌گیری گردید. سپس، روابط طولی، طول کل وزن (lwr)، الگوی رشد، فاکتور وضعیت و وضعیت سنی ماهیان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، میانگین طولی جنس نر و ماده بهترتیب 197.3 و 257.5 میلی متر، میانگین وزنی جنس نر 101.4 گرم و جنس ماده 258.6 گرم به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که ماهیان نر و ماده به ترتیب از الگوی رشد ایزومتریک و آلومتریک مثبت تبعیت می کنند. مقادیر شاخص وضعیت برای ماهیان نر و ماده به ترتیب 1.06 و 1.13 به دست آمد که نشان‌دهنده وضعیت مطلوب ماهیان در رودخانه کشکان می باشد. علاوه بر این، محدوده سنی ماهیان نیز بین +2 تا +5 سال تعیین گردید و بیشترین فراوانی (41.93 درصد) در گروه سنی +3 سال قرار داشت.

Study on growth characteristics and age structure of Mesopotamian chub (Squalius berak Heckel, 1843) in the Kashkan River, Lorestan province

The present study aimed to investigate some biological characteristics of Mesopotamian chub (Squalius berak) in the Kashkan River, Lorestan province. 60 specimens of Mesopotamian chub were captured from the Kashkan River using electrofishing equipment in September 2018. Biometry and weight of fish specimens were measured using a caliper and digital scale, respectively. Then, lengthlength and lengthweight relationships (LWR), growth pattern, condition factor, and age of the fish samples were studied. Based on the results, the mean length of males and females were 197.39 mm and 257.88 mm, respectively. Also, the mean weight of males was 101.2 g, and for females was 258.76 g. Results showed that male and female fish follow isometric and positive allometric growth patterns, respectively. The condition factor values for male and female fish were 1.06 and 1.13, respectively, indicating a desirable status for this fish species in the Kashkan River. In addition, the age range of fish was between 2+ to 5+ years and the highest frequency (41.93 %) was in the 3+ age group.
