جایگزینی پودر ماهی با پودر ضایعات طیور و تاثیر آن بر شاخص‌های رشد و ترکیب بدن بچه تاس ماهی سیبری acipenser baerii (brandt, 1869)

هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثر جایگزینی پودر ماهی با سطوح مختلف پودر ضایعات طیور بر عملکرد رشد و ترکیب بدن بچه تاس ماهی سیبری (acipenser baerii) می باشد. 135 عدد بچه تاس ماهی سیبری با میانگین وزن اولیه 2.39 ± 169.4 گرم به‌طور تصادفی در پنج تیمار با سه تکرار توزیع شدند. در طول دوره از جیره های غذایی با سطوح مختلف (صفر، 20، 40، 60 و 80 درصد) پروتئین پودر ضایعات طیور جایگزین پروتئین پودر ماهی که دارای مقادیر یکسانی از 41.22 درصد پروتئین خام، 15.06 درصد چربی خام و 19 مگاژول انرژی بودند استفاده شد. غذادهی ماهیان بر اساس اشتها و روزانه در سه نوبت (ساعات 8:00، 14:00 و 18:00) و به مدت 9 هفته انجام شد. در پایان مطالعه، شاخصهای رشد و آنالیز تقریبی لاشه مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که از لحاظ عملکرد رشد تفاوت معنی دار آماری بین تیمارهای مختلف وجود ندارد.(0/05>p) ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﺑﺪن، از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان رﻃﻮﺑﺖ، ﺧﺎﮐﺴﺘﺮ، ﭼﺮﺑﯽ و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽداری ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ و دﯾﮕﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ (0/05>p). ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺿﺎﯾﻌﺎت ﻃﯿﻮر را ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺗﺎ ﻣﯿﺰان 80 درﺻﺪ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﭘﻮدر ﻣﺎﻫﯽ در ﺟﯿﺮه ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﺑﭽﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺗﺎس ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺳﯿﺒﺮی ﻧﻤﻮد

Replacement of fish meal with poultry by-product meal and its effects on growth and body composition of juvenile Siberian sturgeon, Acipenser baerii (Brandt, 1869)

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of replacement of fish meal by different levels of poultry byproduct meal on growth performance and body composition in juvenile Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii). One hundred thirtyfive Siberian juvenile (initial body weight of 169.4 ± 2.39 g were randomly distributed in five treatments and three replicates. The experimental diets including different levels of poultry byproduct meal (0, 20, 40, 60 and 80 percent) replaced for fish meal. The diet protein and fat contents were 41.22 and 15.06 percent and 19 MJ energy. During the 9week feeding period, the fish were fed the experimental diets to apparent satiation three times daily (8:00, 14:00 and 18:00 clocks). At the end of rearing period, growth performance parameters and fish body composition were analyzed. The results showed no significant differences in growth performance among different treatments (P>0.05). Moreover, there were no significant differences in crude protein, crude fat, moisture and ash contents of the whole body among different treatments (P>0.05). The results of this study indicate that poultry byproduct meal could be included up to 80 percent with no adverse effect on growth performance and body composition in juvenile Siberian sturgeon.
