بررسی آثار و ثمرات اقتصادی ایفاء کیل و میزان (با استفاده از نظرات علامه طباطبایی در تفسیر المیزان)

مبادله و معامله از ضروریات بقای یک اجتماع است و از قواعد حتمی این مبادله و معامله، رعایت عدالت در بده بستان‌هاست و از موارد رعایت این عدالت، «ایفاء کیل و میزان» می‌باشد. اهمیت رعایت این سنت و قانون آفرینش، به حدی است که عدم رعایت آن، در هلاکت قوم حضرت شعیب(ع) نقش داشت. ایفاء (به‌طور تمام ادا کردن) کیل و میزان، منحصر در چیزهایی نیست که بتوان پیمانه کرد یا مورد وزن قرار داد بلکه شامل عدم کم‌فروشی در هر نوع مبادله کالا و خدمات نیز می‌شود، لذا با تعمیم ایفاء کیل و میزان، گستره شمول این اصل اقتصادی وسیع‌تر شده و تحقق آن، اهمیت بیشتری پیدا می‌کند.این نوشتار که به لحاظ جمع‌آوری مطالب، کتابخانه‌ای و در تبیین ثمرات ایفاء کیل و میزان، تحلیلی و توصیفی است، به بررسی آیات مرتبط با موضوع پرداخته و با استفاده از روایات مربوط به این موضوع از کتب معتبر شیعه و همچنین تفسیر گرانقدر المیزان و آثار سایر دانشمندان علوم اجتماعی اقتصادی، به موارد زیر به عنوان ثمرات ایفاء کیل و میزان در جامعه دست یافته است: تمرکز بیشتر بر تدبیر و اندازه‌گیری خود،بالا رفتن سطح اعتماد، وجود قیمت‌های پایین و رشد اقتصادی

The Economic Impacts of Completing the Measure and Scale in Transactions (Using Allameh Tabatabaei's Attitude inAl'mizan Interpretation)

One of the necessities of social life is transaction between people, and one of the certain rule of these transaction is justice in tradeoffs. On the other hand one of the components of this kind of justice is "IfaeKai" (completing the measure and scale). The importance of observing this rule is so that the noncompliance was the bane of the people of the prophet shuaib (pbuh). "IfaeKai" is not limited to bushel and weighted goods but it also include any kind of exchange of goods and services. So with the extension of "IfaeKai" concept, the extent of inclusion of this economic principle become broader and its realization become more important.This paper is based on library research for gathering the information and on descriptive analysis for explaining the benefit of "IfaeKai". In this paper we use the related verse of Qurans and the transition of prophet (pbuh) through "Almizan" (a book of interpretation of Quran by Allame Tabatabaei) and some socioeconomics scientists. The following result have been achieved as advantage of "IfaeKai" in transaction: greater focus on selfmanagement and selfevaluation, raise of trust, lower price level and greater economic growth.
