زکات در مسیر رونق اقتصادی اسلامی، تحلیل محتوای مقالات

با توجه به نقش مهم زکات در اقتصاد اسلامی تحلیل محتوای مقالات، ابزاری برای آگاهی بخشی سیاست‌گذاران حوزه زکات است. از این‌رو پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی و تحلیل محتوای کمی و از نوع کاربردی تمامی 137 مقاله حوزه زکات نمایه شده در پایگاه استنادی جهان اسلام بین سال‌های 1382-1402 را مورد تحلیل قرار داد. از بین 83 موسسه علمی صاحب اثر ایران در حوزه زکات، دانشگاه امام صادق (ع) با 18 اثر سرآمدترین است. محمد مهدی عسکری، عبدالمحمد کاشیان و احمد شعبانی نویسندگان برتر شناخته شده و از میان مجلات، مجله مطالعات اقتصاد اسلامی با 13 مقاله پر کارترین است. 84 موضوع بر حوزه زکات تاکید داشته‌اند که حوزه موضوعی اقتصاد اسلامی با بیشترین فراوانی تکرار در مقالات (57 مقاله) موضوع هسته شناخته شد. بکارگیری راهبردهای آگاهی‌رسانی جایگاه زکات از دیدگاه اسلام در جامعه، فرهنگ‌سازی در زمینه پرداخت زکات در جامعه، وضع یک قانون جامع، کامل و متقن در مورد زکات، برآورد ظرفیت بالقوه تامین زکات در ایران، معرفی نهاد پیشنهادی برای ساماندهی و عملیاتی کردن سیاست مالیاتی زکات در کشور، تدوین و اجراسازی برنامه مدون و یکپارچه برای گردآوری زکات از سوی متولی امر از جمله راهکارهای شناسایی شده حاصل از این پژوهش بودند.

zakat and islamic economic prosperity: a content analysis of scholarly articles

zakat is important in islamic economy. analysis of the content of articles is a tool for informing policymakers in the field of zakat. for this reason, the research analyzed all 137 articles in the field of zakat indexed in the islamic world science citation center between 1382-1402 using a descriptive method and quantitative and applied content analysis. among the 83 academic institutions with works in iran, imam sadiq university is the best with 18 works. mohammad mahdi askari, abdolmohammad kashian, ahmad shaabani were recognized as the top authors and the journal islamic economics studies is the busiest with 13 articles. 84 topics have emphasized the field of zakat, the topic of islamic economy with the highest frequency of repetition in the articles (57 articles) was recognized as the core topic. using strategies to raise awareness of the position of zakat from the point of view of islam in society; creating culture in the field of paying zakat in the society; establishing a comprehensive, complete and solid law on zakat; estimating the potential capacity of providing zakat in iran; introducing the proposed organization to organize and operationalize the tax policy of zakat in the country; compilation and implementation of a codified and integrated plan for zakat collection by the trustee were among the solutions identified from the research.
