بررسی تطبیقی مکتب اقتصادی اسلام (از منظر شهید صدر) و مکتب اقتصاد سرمایه‌داری (از منظر نئوکلاسیکی و مارکسی) در چارچوب علل اربعه؛ جامعیت در تحلیل، کارآمد در تحقق

ارائه‌ی تصویری کامل از اقتصاد اسلامی به عنوان یک مکتب در تحلیل و تحقق یکی از دغدغه‌های دیرینِ اقتصاددانان مسلمان است. در ارائه این تصویر، ناگزیر از تطبیق با نظام اقتصادی حاکم هستیم، پس سوال اول در این امر عبارت است از اینکه گلوگاه اصلی در بررسی تطبیقی میان دو مکتب اقتصاد اسلامی و اقتصاد سرمایه‌داری کجاست؟ در این پژوهش با بررسی نظام حکمرانی این دو مکتب، بر دوگان پایه‌ای «منفعت فردی و اجتماعی» تکیه شده و با تمرکز بر این دوگانه، بتوان جامعیت این دو مکتب را تحلیل نمود. این دوگان اصیل باید در یک چارچوب تحلیلی، بسط و تفصیل داده شود تا مختصاتِ تحلیلی آن دو مکتب تعیین شود. به طور مشخص، از چارچوب «علل اربعه» بهره گرفته شده و جامع‌نگری به منفعت فردی و اجتماعی از منظر هر یک از مکاتب اقتصاد اسلامی و سرمایه‌داری رصد می‌شود. علاوه بر اینکه جامعیت هر کدام از مکاتب در تحلیل بررسی می‌شود، کیفیت تحقق آن‌ها نیز مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌گیرد. بدین صورت که هر کدام از مکاتب در پاسخ به نیازهای واقعی اجتماع تا چه حدی توفیق داشته‌اند و از این رهگذر، کارآمدی هر یک ارزیابی می‌شود. در نتیجه‌ی این تحقیق، اثبات می‌شود که تنها دین اسلام، قادر به ارائه‌ی مکتبی است که در تحلیل خود، «جامعنگر» بوده و در تحقق نیز «کارآمدی» لازم را برای راهبری واقعیِ اجتماع داراست.

presenting a complete picture of islamic economics as a school in analysis and realization is one of the long-standing concerns of muslim economists. in this presenting, we are bound to adapt to the prevailing economic system, so the first question in this matter is where is the main bottleneck in the comparative study between the two schools of islamic economics and capitalist economics? in this research, by examining the governance system of these two schools, the basic dichotomy of individual and social benefit is relied upon and by focusing on this dichotomy, it is possible to analyze the comprehensiveness of these two schools. these original dualities should be expanded and detailed in an analytical framework to determine the analytical coordinates of those two schools. in particular, the framework of four causes is used and a comprehensive approach to individual and social benefit is observed from the perspective of each of the schools of islamic economics and capitalism. in addition to the fact that the comprehensiveness of each school is examined in the analysis, the quality of their realization is also evaluated. in this way, to what extent each of the schools has been successful in responding to the real needs of the community, and from this point of view, the efficiency of each is evaluated. as a result of this research, it is proved that only islam is able to present a school that is comprehensive in its analysis and has the necessary efficiency for the real leadership of society.
