بررسی فقهی انتشار رمزارز نفت‌پایه توسط جمهوری اسلامی ایران

ظهور فناوری‌های نوین الگوهای حاکمیتی، مناسبات میان موجودیت‌های اقتصادی را به‌نحوی دستخوش تغییر ساخته است که به این سبب، تردیدی جدی در کارامدی الگوهای سنتی در مجامع علمی به‌وجود آمده است. تقارن زمانی رشد جهانی این قبیل فناوری‌ها از‌جمله فناوری رمزارزها، با محدودیت‌های پیشِ‌روی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در صحنه بین‌الملل زمینه‌ساز شکل‌گیری این پیش‌فرض شد که رمزارزها می‌توانند در جایگاه ابزاری کارامد جهت تامین مالی پروژه‌های بخش بالادستی صنایع نفت‌و‌گاز به‌عنوان یکی از بخش‌های راهبردی کشور به ایفای نقش بپردازد. با قبول این فرض که در حال حاضر این مهم تنها از مجرای انتشار رمزارز نفت‌پایه توسط جمهوری اسلامی ایران محقق خواهد گشت، ضرورت بررسی‌های فقهی مقتضی بیش از پیش نمایان می‌گردد. بر همین اساس تحقیق پیش‌ِرو که از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی است، ضمن بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی تحلیلی به بررسی ابعاد فقهی متناسب با موضوع رمزارز نفت‌پایه جمهوری اسلامی ایران پرداخته است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که از میان انواع رمزارز‌های قابل‌انتشار، تنها توکن‌های تامین مالی مشارکت مبتنی بر نفت تولیدی به‌دلیل احراز شرایط صحت عقد، عدم اکل مال به باطل، عدم وجود ربا، عدم وجود غرر و عدم وجود ضرر، منطبق با موازین شرعی می‌باشد.

Investigating the Factors Affecting the Share of Food Costs of Urban and Rural Households: With Emphasis on Islam’s Approach to the Household Dimension (Case Study of Isfahan Province)

Institution of the family, its functions and welfare in Islam have a special place. The share of food costs in the total household expenditure is one of the indicators of welfare and increasing the household dimension as one of its functions is affects this index. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the share of urban and rural households’ food cost with emphasis Islam’s approach to the household dimension using the least weighted least squares method  and income and expenditure data of 9578 households in Isfahan province during the period (20062014). The results show that with the increase of the total household cost and the change of housing of households from rural to urban, the share of food costs decreases. Also, with the increase of the household dimension and the increase of the age of the head of the household, the share of food costs in the total cost of households has increased and has led to a decrease in household welfare. Accordingly, the government should apply different support policies to increase the level of welfare of households according to the size of the household, the age of the heads of households and their place of residence.
