روایتی عدالت ‏بنیان از اقتصاد «اثباتی»؛ تقریری از کارکرد علم اقتصاد و نسبت آن با علم اقتصاد اسلامی

تصریح تعاریف یا کارکردهای علوم اجتماعی، دلالت‌های مهمی در درک ما از ماهیت و روش آن علوم دارد. این مقاله در پی آن است که با ارائه تقریری از ماهیت علم اقتصاد، جایگاه ایده‌های عدالت در سیر کار علمی یک اقتصاددان را روشن کند. در این مقاله بر اساس رویکرد تحلیلی  نظری و البته با اتکا به تصریحات اقتصاددانان نوآور، تلاش می‌شود تا ماهیت علم اقتصاد بازتعریف/بازسازی شود. بر این اساس، علم اقتصاد، علم مطالعه شیوه مواجهه با تعارض منافع است که البته این کنکاش با اتکا بر «دیدگاه تحلیلگر یا عالِم اقتصادی درباره عدالت» شکل می‌گیرد. از دلالت‌های مهم این نگرش، کمک به شکست آشکارتر تمایز اقتصاد اثباتی هنجاری در علم اقتصاد است؛ بنابراین نه‎تنها «مشاهدات» بلکه «نظریه‌پردازی» و «ارائه تبیین‌های علمی» نیز متاثر از «شیوه مطلوب مواجهه با تعارض منافع از نظر محقق یا تحلیلگر اقتصادی» است. در نهایت، این مقاله منتقد تلقی جاافتاده از تمایز «علم مذهب» در ادبیات اقتصاد اسلامی است.

A Justice Based Interpretation of ‘Positive’ Economics; an Exposition of the Function of Economics and its Relation to Islamic Economics

Clarification of definitions and functions of social sciences has important implications in our understanding about the nature and method of these sciences. This paper seeks to clarify the position of ideas about justice in the scientific effort of economists, by presenting an account about the nature of economics. In this paper, based on analyticaltheoretical approach, and of course, relying on the notions of innovative economists, attempts to redefine the nature of economics. Accordingly, economics is the science of studying how to deal with the conflict of interests, which, of course, this study is based on the “scientist’s or analyst’s perspective about justice”. One of the implications of this point of view is to help understanding the collapse of the positivenormative economics distinction; not only “observations”, but “theorizing” and “providing scientific explanations” are influenced by “the best way to deal with the conflict of interests in the view of the economic or researcher or analyst”. Ultimately, this article criticizes the famous distinction of “scienceschool” in the literature of Islamic economics.
