تحلیل موانع توسعه فناوری‌های حاصل از طرح‌های تحقیقاتی کشاورزی

سازمان تحقیقات، آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی (تات)به‌عنوان بزرگترین سازمان پژوهشی در حوزه کشاورزی در کشور،با وجود تلاش‌های بسیار، در امر توسعه فناوری با موانعی روبرو است که برای بهبود نقش‌آفرینی در کشاورزی دانش‌بنیان، نیاز به رفع این موانع دارد.بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر،با هدف کلی تحلیل موانع توسعه فناوری‌های حاصل از طرح‌های تحقیقاتی کشاورزی انجام شد. جامعه آماری، اعضای هیات‌علمی سازمان تات در حوزه‌های زراعت، باغبانی، دامپروری،خاک و آب،فنی و مهندسی،منابع‌طبیعی، گیاهپزشکی و شیلات(795 نفر) بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 284 نفر برآورد و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخت بود که برای تعیین روایی آن از نظرخواهی از متخصصان (روایی صوری)و روایی همگرا و به‌منظور محاسبه پایایی از آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزارspss نسخه 27 و برازش مدل تحقیق نیز توسط نرم‌افزار smart pls نسخه 3 انجام شد. بر اساس رتبه‌بندی، موانع «پشتیبانی- حمایتی» در بالاترین و «آموزشی- ترویجی و اطلاع‌رسانی» در پایین‌ترین رتبه‌ها قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نیز نشان داد که مدل ارائه شده، دارای پنج بعد«آموزشی- ترویجی و اطلاع‌رسانی»،«بازاریابی- بازاررسانی»،«ساختاری- برنامه‌ریزی»،«فنی- مشاوره‌ای» و «پشتیبانی- حمایتی» بود که همگنی و پایایی معرف‌ها مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

analysis of barriers in developing technologies resulting from agricultural research projects

agricultural research, education, and extension organization (areeo), as the largest research organization in the field of agriculture in the country, despite its numerous efforts, faces barriers in the development of technology.to enhance its role in knowledge-based agriculture, it is necessary to address these barriers.accordingly, the purpose of this research was to analyze the barriers hindering the development of technologies resulting from agricultural research projects.the statistical population comprised 795 faculty members of the agricultural research, education, and extension organization (areeo) across eight fields: agronomy, horticulture, animal science, soil and water, agricultural engineering, natural resources, plant protection, and fisheries. a sample size of 284 was determined using cochran’s formula and selected using simple random sampling. data were collected using a researcher-designed questionnaire; its validity was approved by a panel of experts and construct validity (ave); while reliability was determined using cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability (cr).the collected data were analyzed by spss27 and smart pls3 software. results of prioritizing barriers indicated that &support& dimension was in the highest, and&educational-extension&dimension was in the lowest ranks.in addition,the results of confirmatory factor analysis revealed a five-dimensional model encompassing: “educational-extension”,“marketing and market development”,&structural and planning”,“technical-consulting” and&support& dimensions, and confirmed the homogeneity and reliability of the indicators.
