طراحی مدل علّی پیشایندهای نوآوری مخرب در حوزه خدمات درمانی

با توجه به اهمیت استفاده از نوآوری برافکن در صنعت بهداشت و درمان هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه علی پیشایندهای نوآوری مخرب در حوزه خدمات درمانی استان کرمان است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی- توسعه‌ای است. با توجه به هدف پژوهش، ابتدا پیشایندهای نوآوری مخرب در حوزه خدمات درمانی در استان کرمان بر اساس ادبیات نظری و نظرخواهی از خبرگان شناسایی شد و سپس با استفاده از نظرات 7 نفر از خبرگان حوزه خدمات درمانی و روش نقشه شناختی فازی تحلیل داده‌ها اانجام شد.نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که پیشایند نوآوری مخرب شامل: پیشایندهای اجتماعی، راهبردی، شبکه و اکوسیستم، بازار، کارآفرینی، اقتصادی و زمینه‌ساز، مدیریتی، منابع، فناوری و سازمانی می‌باشد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که پیشایند مدیریتی با وزن 2.05 بیشترین اثرگذاری، پیشایند کارآفرینی با وزن 1.67 بیشترین تاثیرپذیری و پیشایند راهبردی با 2.60 بیشترین مرکزیت را دارند. مطالعات نوآوری مخرب عموما در سازمان‌های صنعتی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش پیشایندها و محرک‌هایی اثرگذار و اثرپذیر در نوآوری مخرب در سازمان‌های خدمات درمانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که می‌تواند به مسولین حوزه درمان در جهت نوآوری و نوآوری مخرب کمک نماید.

designing a causal model of the antecedents of disruptive innovation in the field of medical services

considering the importance of using disruptive innovation in the healthcare industry, the purpose of this research is to investigate the causal relationship of the antecedents of disruptive innovation in the field of healthcare services in kerman. this research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose. according to the purpose of the research, first, the antecedents of disruptive innovation in the field of medical services in kerman were identified based on theoretical literature and soliciting opinions from experts, and then data analysis was performed using the opinions of 7 experts in the field of medical services and the fuzzy cognitive mapping. the results of the research showed that the antecedents of disruptive innovation include: social, strategic, network and ecosystem, market, entrepreneurship, economic and foundational, managerial, resources, technological and organizational antecedents , the results showed that managerial antecedents with a weight of 2.05 are the most effective, entrepreneurial antecedents with a weight of 1.67 are the most effective, and strategic antecedents with a weight of 2.60 are the most central. disruptive innovation studies have generally been conducted in industrial organizations. in this research, effective and effective antecedents and drivers in disruptive innovation in medical service organizations were investigated, which can help the managers of the medical field in the direction of innovation and destructive innovation.
