شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل حاکمیتی موثر بر پیاده سازی موفق فناوری مدل سازی اطلاعات ساختمان

آشکار شدن مزایای مدل‌سازی اطلاعات ساختمان (bim)، بسیاری از شرکت‌های ساختمانی را به سمت پیاده‌سازی این فناوری سوق داده است، اما به دلیل ماهیت نوین این فناوری، نهادینه سازی آن در شرکت‌های فعال در صنعت ساخت کشور مستلزم متناسب‌سازی فرایندها و ساختارهای سازمانی می‌باشند. از آنجا که عوامل نهادی، محرک‌های متنوع داخلی و فشارهای مختلف بیرونی، تاثیر بسزایی بر افزایش همگرایی بین مدیران سازمان برای تصمیم‌گیری و حمایت از اجرای موثر bim در شرکت‌ها دارد، تقویت عوامل مثبت و تضعیف عوامل منفی می‌تواند فرآیند پذیرش و اجرای موفق bim را تسهیل نماید. از این رو، این پژوهش کاربردی با هدف بررسی، شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر در پیاده‌سازی موفق فناوری bim در شرکت‌های ساختمانی صورت گرفت. در این مطالعه، ابتدا از طریق مرور موشکافانۀ پیشینه پژوهش به شناسایی عوامل حاکمیتی موثر بر پیاده‌سازی موفق bim پرداخته شد و سپس این عوامل با رویکرد ترکیبی همزمان و از طریق بکارگیری همزمان مصاحبه‌های نیمه-ساختاریافته و پرسشنامۀ بسته و با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن اولویت‌بندی شدند. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده‌های گردآوری شده، عوامل حاکمیتی موثر بر پیاده‌سازی موفق bim در شرکت‌های ساختمانی به ترتیب اهمیت در دسته‌های: قانونی-قراردادی، سیاست‌گذاری، توجیه‌پذیری اقتصادی، سازمانی، فراسازمانی، حمایت‌گری، فنی، پرسنلی-فردی اولویت‌بندی شدند.

the revelation of the benefits of building information modeling has led many construction companies to implement this technology, but due to the new nature of this technology, its institutionalization in iran’s construction industry companies requires adaptation of processes and organizational structures .since institutional factors, various internal stimuli and various external pressures have a significant effect on increasing the convergence between organization managers to make decisions and support the effective implementation of bim in companies, strengthening the positive factors and weakening the negative factors can facilitate the process of acceptance and successful implementation of bim.this research was conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing effective factors in the successful implementation of bim technology in construction companies. in this study, first through a thorough review of the research background, the governance factors affecting the successful implementation of bim were identified, and then these factors were classified with a simultaneous hybrid approach and through the simultaneous use of semi-structured interviews and a closed questionnaire. based on the results of the collected data analysis and friedman’s test, the governing factors affecting the successful implementation of bim in construction companies were classified in order of importance in eight categories and three general areas.
