تاثیر مقررات زیست‌محیطی بر رفتار نوآورانه تکنولوژیکی سبز با میانجی‌گری قصد فناوری سبز نوآورانه در شرکت مدیران خودرو

رفتار نوآورانه فناوری سبز به دلیل نگرانی فزاینده در مورد تخریب منابع طبیعی و آلودگی محیط زیست توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. این مطالعه با تکیه بر نظریه رفتار برنامه ریزی شده و با هدف تاثیر مقررات زیست‌محیطی بر رفتار نوآورانه تکنولوژیکی سبز با میانجی‌گری قصد فناوری سبز نوآورانه در شرکت مدیران خودرو انجام شده است. رفتار نوآورانه تکنولوژیکی سبز به رفتار نوآورانه تکنولوژیکی، فرایند پاک و رفتار نوآوری محصول سبز تقسیم شده است. مقررات زیست‌محیطی نیز دارای دو بعد مقررات محیطی فرماندهی و کنترل و مقررات زیست‌محیطی انگیزشی می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از منظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شرکت مدیران خودرو می باشد که شامل 3100 مدیر و کارمند می باشد. از طریق فرمول کوکران تعداد نمونه اماری 342 نفر تخمین زده شده است. برای بررسی فرضیه های تحقیق از روش معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزارpls استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد مقررات زیست محیطی تاثیر قابل توجهی بر فناوری سبز نوآورانه دارد و می تواند سبب سرکوب و یا ترویج رفتار نوآورانه تکنولوژیکی سبز دارد. همچنین فناوری سبز نوآورانه نقش میانجی در تاثیر مقررات زیست محیطی بر رفتار نوآورانه تکنولوژیکی سبز دارد، به عبارتی تعامل بین مقررات زیست محیطی و رفتار فناوری سبز نوآورانه می تواند پیامدهای مهمی برای مزیت رقابتی، توسعه پایدار و حفاظت از محیط زیست داشته باشد.

the effect of environmental regulations on green technological innovative behavior with the mediation of green technology innovative intention in modiran khodro company

the innovative behavior of green technology has attracted much attention due to the growing concern about the destruction of natural resources and environmental pollution. this study is based on the theory of planned behavior and aimed at the effect of environmental regulations on green technological innovative behavior with the mediation of greentechnology innovative intention in automobile managers. according to the theoretical foundations, green technological innovative behavior is divided into technological innovative behavior, clean process and green product innovation behavior. environmental regulations also have two dimensions: command and control environmental regulations and marketbasedincentive environmental regulations. the present research is applied from the point of view of the goal and descriptive and survey type from the point of view of the method. the statistical population of the currentresearch is the company of car managers, which includes 3100 managers and employees. through cochran’s formula, the number of statistical samples is estimated to be 342 people. structural equation method with pls software was used to check the research hypotheses. the research results showed that environmental regulations have a significant effecton innovative green technology and can suppress or promote innovative green technological behavior. also, innovative green technology has a mediating role in the impact of environmental regulations on innovativegreen technological behavior, in other words, the interaction between environmental regulations and innovative green technology behavior can have important consequences for competitive advantage, sustainable development and environmental protection.
