همکاری فناورانه نامتقارن بین شرکت‌های بزرگ و کوچک دانش‌بنیان در بخش فناوری نانو ایران در بسترزیست‌بوم نوآوری

تغییرات فضای کسب و کار در سال های اخیر، بسیاری از شرکت های بزرگ و کوچک را نسبت به همکاری فناورانه با یکدیگر ترغیب کرده است. اگرچه مطالعه هایی در این زمینه صور تگرفته، اما بیشتر آنها بدون رویکرد زیست بوم برای شناسایی بازیگران درگیر در فرایند همکاری و نقش آ نها بوده؛ ضمن آنکه بر بافت کشورهای توسع هیافته تمرکز داشته اند. پژوهش حاضر با روش مطالعه موردی ( 8 مورد) به دنبال شناسایی بازیگران و نقش های ضروری برای موفقیت همکاری های فناورانه نامتقارن است. داده ها از راه مصاحبه با نماینده طرف های همکاری و دیگر ذی نفعان درگیر در فرایند همکاری و همچنین بررسی اسناد مرتبط گردآوری شده اند. تحلیل داده ها (تحلیل مضمون) منجر به استخراج نقش ها و بازیگران زیست بوم نوآوری شده که برای موفقیت همکاری فناورانه نامتقارن ضروری است. مهم ترین دانش افزایی پژوهش تبیین همکاری فناورانه نامتقارن بین شرکت های بزرگ و شرکت های کوچک دانش بنیان در بستر زیست بوم نوآوری و همچنین شناسایی نقش های ضروری مانند تحریک کننده شرکت های بزرگو اعتمادساز است.

asymmetric technological collaboration between large and small knowledge-based firms in iran’s nanotechnology sector in the innovation ecosystem

in recent years, due to significant changes in the business environment, most large and small firms have been forced to create asymmetric technological collaboration with each other. although studies have been conducted in this area, most of them lack an ecosystem approach to identifying the actors involved in the process of collaboration and their role, as well as previous studies focusing on developed countries. therefore, the present study seeks to explain the ecosystem of asymmetric technological collaboration between large industrial firms and small knowledge-based firms in the field of nanotechnology in iran (as a developing country) through the case study method (8 cases). data were collected through interviews with representatives of the parties and other stakeholders involved in the collaboration process, as well as a review of relevant documents. data analysis (thematic analysis) led to the extraction of maps and key players and their roles in the asymmetric technological collaboration ecosystem. the most important contribution is explaining asymmetric technological collaboration between large and small knowledge-based firms in the innovation ecosystem, as well as identifying essential roles such as stimulator of large firms and trust builder.
