بررسی تاثیر پیشران‌های نوآوری زیست‌محیطی بر عملکرد نوآورانه زیست‌محیطی؛ صنعت مس در ایران

نوآوری‌های زیست‌محیطی به‌عنوان راه‌حلی برای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی و پایداری، به راهبردی اجتناب‌ناپذیر در صنایع مختلف تبدیل شده‌اند. دراین‌راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر معرفی ابعاد مختلف پیشران‌های نوآوری زیست‌محیطی و عملکرد نوآورانه زیست‌محیطی و سپس بررسی تاثیرگذاری پیشران‌ها بر عملکرد نوآورانه زیست‌محیطی است. پژوهش حاضر از رویکرد کمی و راهبرد پیمایش استفاده می‌کند و از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی-همبستگی می‌باشد. براساس نتایج پژوهش، پیشران‌های نوآوری زیست‌محیطی در صنعت مس دارای ابعاد فناورانه، بازار و قانونی هستند و این پیشران‌ها بر عملکرد نوآورانه زیست‌محیطی (شامل نوآوری محصولی، فرایندی و سازمانی) اثرگذارند. باتوجه‌به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از پژوهش مشاهده می‌شود که ضریب مسیر بُعد پیشران‌های فناورانه، از سایر ابعاد پیشران‌های نوآوری زیست‌محیطی بیشتر است و درنتیجه این بُعد اهمیت بیشتری نسبت به ابعاد دیگر دارد. همچنین، در مورد بُعد نوآوری‌های محصولی مشاهده می شود که این بُعد، بیشترین ضریب مسیر را در میان ابعاد عملکرد نوآورانه زیست‌محیطی به خود اختصاص داده است. یافته اصلی پژوهش حاضر آن است که پیشران‌های نوآوری زیست‌محیطی در صنعت مس کشور می‌توانند منجر به افزایش عملکرد نوآورانه زیست‌محیطی شرکت‌های فعال در این صنعت شوند.

investigating the impact of eco-innovation drivers on eco-innovation performance; iran’s copper industry

eco-innovations as a solution to achieve competitive advantage and sustainability have become an inevitable strategy in various industries. in this regards, the purpose of this paper is to first identify the various dimensions of eco-innovation performance drivers and eco-innovation performance and then to examine the impact of these drivers on eco-innovation performance. the present study uses a quantitative approach and survey strategy and is descriptive-correlational research. the results of this study show that the drivers of eco-innovation in this industry have technological, market, legal, and standards dimensions and they affect the innovative eco-innovation (product, process, and organization). according to the results, it is observed that the path coefficient of the technological drivers’ dimension is higher than other dimensions of eco-innovation and as a result, this dimension is more important than other dimensions. also, in the dimension of eco-innovation performance, it is observed that this product innovation dimension has the highest path coefficient among the dimensions of eco-innovation performance. the main finding of this research is that the drivers of eco-innovation in the copper industry in iran can lead to an increase in the eco-innovative performance of companies active in this industry.
