علم‌سنجی و فراترکیب وضعیت موجود پژوهش‌های حوزه شبکه‌های همکاری بین‌سازمانی

با ظهور فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات تغییرات فراوان در سازمان‌ها به وقوع پیوسته است و به‌طور خاص شبکه‌های همکاری بین‌سازمانی گسترش یافته‌اند. با توجه به وجود مطالعات مختلف در این حوزه، اولین سوال مطرح این است که بیشترین تمرکز مطالعات روی چه موضوعی بوده و سوال دوم آنست که چه شکاف‌های پژوهشی در این حوزه وجود دارد. در پژوهش حاضر، ضمن درنظرگرفتن مراحل چرخه عمر شبکه های همکاری، با به‌کارگیری روش هم‌‌رخدادی واژگان، تصویری جامع از وضعیت فعالیت های علمی در بازه زمانی 2005 تا 2019 ارائه شده و حوزه‌هایی که بیشتر مورد توجه بوده اند تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها نشان می دهد که بیشتر مطالعات بر مرحله خلق از چرخه عمر شبکه های همکاری تمرکز داشته اند و در همین مرحله، موضوع انتخاب شرکا بیشترین فراوانی مقالات را به خود اختصاص داده است. همچنین با به‌کارگیری روش فراترکیب در بازه زمانی 2009 تا 2019، شکاف‌های پژوهشی در حوزه انتخاب شرکا موردبررسی قرار گرفته اند. از آنجا که در سال‌های اخیر اکثر مطالعات بر مدیریت شرکا و برقراری اعتماد میان شرکا به‌منظور پایداری شبکه همکاری متمرکز شده‌اند؛ انجام مطالعات درخصوص ارائه چارچوب جامع جهت تهیه و مدیریت نمایه شرکا، تهیه نقشه شبکه ارزش های محوری، مدیریت نوآوری برای انتخاب سریع شرکا و پایداری شبکه به عنوان شکاف‌های مهم دانشی محسوب می‌شوند.

Scientometrics and metasynthesis of the research current state in the field of interorganizational collaborative networks

The emergence of Information and Communication Technology has caused many changes to take place in organizations. Among them, the interorganizational collaborative networks, in particular, have expanded. This paper aims to review systematically the pertaining research literature and find answers for these questions: First: what is the main subject that the research have been focused? Second what is the main existing research gap in the aforementioned subject? The theory of the paper is relied on “life cycle stages of collaborative networks”. The method of data acquisition covers two techniques of “cooccurrence method of words” in the period 2005 to 2019 and “metasynthesis method in the period of 20092019 for finding the first and second answer, respectively. After conducting the review, the paper first, presents a comprehensive picture of the status of scientific activities in the period 2005 to 2019 and shows that most of the studies have focused on the creation stage of the life cycle of collaboration networks, and at this stage, the issue of partner selection has the most frequency of articles. As to the second question, the paper concludes that carrying out studies on providing a comprehensive approach to the preparation and management of partner profiles, core value mapping and innovation management in order to quickly select partners and reduce the level of risk in longterm collaborative networks are the important subjects to fill the gap.
