رتبه‌بندی روش‌های مناسب ارزش‌گذاری فناوری‌های زیستی: حوزه تخمیر

امروزه لزوم توجه به ماهیت هر فناوری و استفاده از روش های متناسب با ویژگی های آن، در ارزش گذاری فناوری ها بیش‌ازپیش اهمیت یافته است. درهمین‌راستا، در پژوهش حاضر تلاش شده است تا روش های مناسب ارزش گذاری فناوری های زیستی حوزه تخمیر، به عنوان یکی از فناوری های مهم و پرکاربرد، رتبه بندی شوند؛ بنابراین پس از مطالعه پیشینه، مصاحبه با خبرگان و تحلیل پرسشنامه تکمیل‌شده توسط خبرگان فناوری‌های زیستی حوزه تخمیر، 36 شاخص کلیدی موثر بر انتخاب روش مناسب ارزش گذاری فناوری در فناوری‌های زیستی حوزه تخمیر استخراج و در 4 دسته سیاست های سازمان، محیط سیاسی و قانونی، ویژگی های بازار و صنعت و نهایتاً ویژگی های فناوری دسته‌بندی‌ شدند . سپس به کمک خبرگان مدیریت فناوری و بااستفاده از مدل تاپسیس، رتبه بندی روش های مناسب ارزش گذاری فناوری در فناوری‌های زیستی حوزه تخمیر انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که مدل های «درخت دوجمله‌ای»، «اختیار معامله»، «بلک شولز» و «بازارمحور» به ترتیب مناسب ترین روش های ارزش‌گذاری فناوری در فناوری‌های زیستی حوزه تخمیر محسوب می‌شوند.

Ranking the Appropriate Methods for Valuation of Biotechnologies: Fermentation Area

One of the factors that determines which technology valuation method should be selected, is the set of special features of that technology in point and the context around it. This paper aims to identify technology valuation methods in the field of fermentation within the field of biotechnology as an important and widely used technology and rank the valuation techniques for them accordingly. The research methodology is based on a survey carried out and the data collection methods are interviews and distribution of questionnaires. After reviewing the literature, the paper presents its findings which shows 36 indicators identified as key indicators affecting the selection of appropriate technology valuation methods. These indicators are categorized in organizational policies, political and legal environment, and market and industry characteristics, as well as technology features category. Then, the technology valuation methods are ranked within the field of fermentation, by using the questionnaires of the TOPSIS decisionmaking model completed by technology management experts. The results show that binomial model, bargaining power, Black Scholes and marketoriented are, respectively, the foremost appropriate methods for technology valuation within the field of fermentology.
