کاربست نظام نواوری در مدیریت صنعت فیلم: مطالعه موردی جریان فیلم ارزشی

مدتی است که مدیریت فناوری های نرم در دستور کار دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران قرار گرفته است. این فناوری ها درک ما را از فناوری و مدیریت آن دستخوش تغییرات اساسی کرده است. با این حال مدیریت فناور ی های نرم به طور عام و صنایع فرهنگی به طور خاص در ایران کمتر شناخته شده اند. یکی از الزامات مدیریت در هر صنعت تجزیه وتحلیل آن صنعت است. تکنیک های گوناگونی برای این منظور در دسترس است که الگوی زنجیره ارزش صنعت از جمله آن هاست. در این تحقیق فرض بر این بود که در مدیریت فناوری های نرم به طور عام و صنایع فرهنگی به طور خاص مدل نظام نوآوری جایگزین مناسبی برای الگوی زنجیره ارزش است. برای ارزیابی این فرض، مشکلات فعالان فیلم ارزشی و راهکارهای رفع آن مشکلات با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که قدرت تبیین مدل نظام نوآوری از الگوی زنجیره ارزش بیشتر است زیرا برخلاف الگوی مذکور به نقش و کارکرد دولت و دانشگاه در فعالیت صنایع فرهنگی توجه دارد.

The application of innovation and technology system in the worth film industry
