شبکه الجزیره و حوزه عمومی نوظهور در جهان عرب

از دهه 1990 به این سو، شاهد پیدایش و گسترش حوزه عمومی فراملی در فضای سایبری و ماهواره ای و بسیج افکار عمومی در سطح جهانی هستیم. از سال 2000 میلادی به این سو، در منطقه خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا نیز نوعی حوزه عمومی در فضای سایبری و ماهواره ای شکل گرفته و در حال گسترش است. در این نوشتار، با روش تبیین علی تحلیلی، نگارنده در صدد ارائه پاسخ تحلیلی به این پرسش است که چرا شبکه ماهواره ای الجزیره در شکل گیری حوزه عمومی نوظهور در جهان عرب موفق بوده است ؟ فرضیه تحقیق آن است که شبکه الجزیره با فراهم کردن فرصت برای شرکت آزادانه و برابر همه افراد و گروه ها در گفتگوها و میزگردها، سوق دادن گفتگوها و افکار عمومی به سمت نقد، متمرکز کردن گفتگوها و مشارکت های مخاطبان بر مسائل مشترک اعراب و هدایت و بسیج عمومی به سمت کنشگری دموکراتیک در ایجاد و گسترش حوزه عمومی نوظهور در جهان عرب موفق بوده است. یافته کلی این پژوهش آن است که شبکه الجزیره در تحقق بخشیدن به اصول و ویژگی های طرح شده درمدل مطلوب حوزه عمومی هابرماس مانند اصل گفتگوی عام و برابر، هدایت گفتگوها به انتقاد و مسائل و نارضایتی های مشترک و در نهایت، بسیج افکار عمومی و اعتراضات (اصل کنش عام) در جهان عرب از موفقیت زیادی برخوردار بوده است.

Aljazeera Network and Nascent Public Sphere in Arab World

From 1990s onward, we observe the genesis and extension of supranational public sphere in cybernetic and satellite space and mobilization of public opinion universally. From 2000 onward, in Middle East and North Africa, a type of public sphere has been shaped and expanded in cybernetic and satellite space. In this article by causalanalytical method, the author tries to give analytical answer to this question: why has been successful the Aljazeera satellite network in shaping of nascent public sphere in Arab world? The hypothesis is that: Aljazeera Network has been successful in the genesis and expansion of nascent public sphere due to these reasons: making opportunities for free and equal participation of all individuals and groups in dialogues and round tables, pushing of dialogues and public opinion to criticism, centralizing of dialogues and audiences on Arab’s general issues and public mobilization to democratic and revolutionary activism. The total finding of this research is that: Aljazeera Network has had high successfulness in fulfillment of tenets and characteristics of ideal model of Habermas such as: the principal of equal and general dialogue, pushing of dialogues to criticism and public dissatisfactions and issues and in end, mobilization of public opinion and protests in Arab world ,the principle of general action.
