زمان، کوانتوم و نظریه روابط بین‌الملل

هدف این مقاله بررسی ،زمان به عنوان یکی از عناصر مغفول در جریان نظریه پردازی در روابط بین الملل است. رجوع به مکانیک کوانتوم میتواند تفسیری جدید از زمان در پی داشته باشد لذا هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر ، تبیین تاثیر معرفت شناسی کوانتوم از زمان بر نظریه در روابط بین الملل .است سوال این مقاله نیز این است که معرفت شناسی کوانتوم از زمان چه تاثیری بر نظریه روابط بین الملل گذاشته است؟ روش شناسی و فرضیه و یافتهها نیز به شرح ذیل است روش این پژوهش کیفی از نوع تبیینی - تحلیلی است شیوه گردآوردی ،اطلاعات اسنادی و ابزار گردآوری داده ها فیش برداری است. دو تفسیر متفاوت از ،زمان در معرفت شناسی کوانتوم قابل بازشناسی است در تفسیر جریان اصلی کوانتوم (کپنهاگی)، مهم ترین بازتاب هستی شناسی برای نظریه روابط بین الملل رئالیسم زدایی است. پیامد این امر باعث شد نظریات روابط بین الملل که تفسیری نیوتونی از زمان دارند و تاکید بر اصولی نظیر دولت محوری بقا و خودیاری داشته فاقد ارزش تلقی شوند. در تفاسیر جریان اقلیت کوانتوم (غیر کپنهاگی)، نظیر جهانهای ،موازی نظریه ریسمان و تعبیر هولوگرافی بازگشت اخلاق و معنویت بازتولید میشوند و عوامل غیر مادی نظیر مذهب نقش مهمی در تحولات جهانی پیدا می کنند.
