ملاحظات امنیتی دیپلماسی علمی در حوزه مطالعات پیرامون ژنوم ایرانیان

ارتباط همکاری های فناورانه در زمینه تحقیقات ژنتیک با مباحث مربوط به حقوقبشر از یک سو، کارکرده ای بالقوه شناسنامه ژنتیکی شهروندان از سوی دیگر ،موجب شده جنبه های اخلاقی، سیاسی، امنیتی ا ین قراردادها، بسیار مهمتر از جنبه‌پزشکی آن باشد. استفاده از ظرفیت های دیپلماسی علمی در این حوزه، ضمن ارتقاءکمی و کیفی اعتبار پژوهش، بستر مساعدی پیرامون امکان تجزیه و تحلیل متمرکزروی نمونه های بیولوژیک انسانی فراهم آورده؛ لیکن، استفاده تکنولوژیک از اینفناوری، بدون رعایت بایسته های اخلاقی و امنیتی، می تواند این دستاورد ارزشمندرا به ابزاری ویرانگر در جنگ های بیولوژیک علیه جوامع هدف، مبدل نماید.سیاست گذاران فعال در حوزه‌ بیوتکنولوژی، ضمن تاکید بر نقش این فناوری درمعادلات امنیتی معتقدند: با عنایت به شرایط خاص کشورمان، تعیین کشورهایطرف همکاری براساس زمینه سیاسی، ا جتماعی و فرهنگی صورت گیرد. لذا رسالتاصلی این پژوهش، پرداختن به ملاحظات امنیتی و سیاست های راهبردی ایران درمدیریت علمی این سبک از پژوهش هاست، تا روشن شود چگونه می توان ضمنتامین امنیت ملی، منافع جامعه و افراد مورد پژوهش را تضمین نمود ؟

security considerations of scientific diplomacy in the field of gene research studies about the iranian genome

the intersection between technological collaborations in genetic research and human rights issues, alongside the potential applications of genetic identification for citizens, has made the ethical, political, and security dimensions of such agreements far more critical than their medical aspects. the use of scientific diplomacy in this field not only enhances the credibility of research but also fosters an environment conducive to the focused analysis of human biological samples. however, the exploitation of this knowledge without adhering to ethical and security standards could transform valuable achievements into destructive tools in biological warfare. policymakers in biotechnology, emphasising the role of this technology in global security, believe that, due to iran's specific conditions, the selection of cooperative countries should be based on political, social, and cultural factors. the primary aim of this study is to explore the security considerations and strategic policies of iran in the scientific handling of genetic research, to determine how national security can be maintained while protecting the interests of both society and individuals under study.
