انقلاب در فناوری همواره پیامدهای گوناگون اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی با خود به همراه دارد. نوآوری که در تکنولوژی تحت عنوان هوش مصنوعی از آن یاد می شود از آن دسته نوآوری ها است که در عرصه اقتصادی و اجتماعی به تخریب خلاق و موج های نوین دامن می زند، از جمله پیامدها و آثار این تحول در زمینه حقوقی است، به طوری که در جامعه بین المللی دولت ملت ها و نیز در عرصه داخلی کشورها ضرورت تاسیس و ایجاد قواعد و رژیم های مترتب بر آثار انقلاب در هوش مصنوعی موضوعیت یافته است. این مقاله به مثابه پیش درآمدی بر این تحول به مفهوم هوش مصنوعی بر اساس قدرت و کارکرد پرداخته است. هم این طور اقسام هوش مصنوعی را بررسی کرده است و به این یافته رسیده است که باتوجه به گسترش پیامدها و آثار تحول در هوش مصنوعی از جمله در زمینه مالکیت و قراردادها و داوری، جامعه بین المللی در مقیاس جهانی و نیز در سطح ملی کشورها نیازمند ایجاد قواعد و رژیم های موضوعی در این خصوص است.

the revolution in technology always brings with it various social, political and economic consequences. innovation, which is referred to in technology as artificial intelligence, is one of those innovations that fuel creative destruction and new waves in the economic and social arena, including the consequences and effects of this development in the legal field, so that in the international community of nation states and in the domestic arena of countries, the need to establish and create rules and regimes resulting from the effects of the revolution in artificial intelligence has become a matter of concern. this article, as a prelude to this development, has addressed the concept of artificial intelligence based on power and function. it has also examined the types of artificial intelligence and has come to the conclusion that, given the expansion of the consequences and effects of the development in artificial intelligence, including in the fields of ownership, contracts and arbitration, the international community needs to create rules and regimes on this issue on a global scale as well as at the national level of countries.
