برجام و استمرار رویکردهای متعارض جمهوری اسلامی ایران و آمریکا

به‏دنبال مذاکرات صورت گرفته میان ایران و گروه 1+5 در راستای دست‏یابی به توافق هسته‏ای که از سوم آذر 1392 به طور رسمی آغاز شد و نهایتاً در 23 تیر 1394 منجر به توافق هسته‏ای میان ایران و 1+5 شد، تصور اولیه این بود که رویکردهای تقابل‏آمیز میان ایران و طرفین توافق به‏خصوص امریکا کاهش خواهد یافت. اما در ادامه شرایط به‏گونه‏ای پیش رفت که در بسیاری از حوزه‏ها نه تنها شاهد کاهش تنش میان ایران و امریکا نبوده‏ایم بلکه شاهد افزایش تنش در سایر حوزه‏ها میان دو کشور بوده‏ایم.. در پژوهش حاضر تلاش خواهد شد با بررسی راهبرد تقابل‏آمیز امریکا در برابر ایران، رویکرد ایران در برابر راهبرد تقابل‏آمیز امریکا پس از برجام مورد تحلیل و ارزیابی قرار گیرد. بر اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر پرسش اصلی مقاله این است که؛ رویکرد سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران پس از توافق هسته‏ای در خصوص راهبرد تهاجمی و تقابل‏آمیز امریکا چگونه قابل تحلیل و ارزیابی می‏باشد؟ فرضیه پژوهش به دنبال مطالعه و بررسی واقعیت‏های مسلم این‏گونه تنظیم شده است که؛ رویکرد سیاست خارجی ایران پس از توافق هسته‏ای در برابر راهبرد تهاجمی و تقابل‏آمیز امریکا در قالب بازدارندگی بر مبنای مولفه‏هایی نظیر گسترش روابط با کشورهای همسایه، تقویت محور مقاومت در راستای کاهش هزینه و افزایش منافع ملی ایران قابل تحلیل و ارزیابی می‏باشد. شیوه گردآوری منابع در مقاله حاضر کتابخانه‏ای بوده و از روش توصیفی تحلیلی برای بررسی، تجزیه و تحلیل مطالب استفاده شده است.

the jcpoa and the continuation of the conflicting approaches of the islamic republic of iran and the united states

extensive efforts have been made in the direction of nuclear diplomacy between iran and the 5+1, which ultimately led to the jcpoa agreement. in this article, while examining the post-jcpoa era, using the theory of deterrence, the analysis of iran’s policies towards the united states of america will be discussed and a suitable solution will be presented. also, in the article leading to the different strategies of the parties, the consequence of each strategy is expressed quantitatively for its correct and easy understanding. in this article, the main question is; from the perspective of deterrence theory, the foreign policy strategy of the islamic republic of iran in the post-jcpoa era can be analyzed and evaluated based on what approach and components? the main hypothesis; iran’s foreign policy in the post-jcpoa era is based on america’s offensive strategy in the framework of a realistic deterrent defensive approach based on iran’s relationship with neighboring countries and strengthening the axis of resistance and rational calculation in order to reduce costs and increase benefits. the main objective; the review and analysis of the foreign policy strategy of the islamic republic of iran in the post jcpoa era towards the united states of america is from the perspective of deterrence theory. in this research, a library method was used to collect sources and a descriptive analytical method was used to analyze the materials.
