تحلیل راهبرد توسعه اقتصادی قدرت‌های نوظهور اقتصادی گروه بریکس، چشم‌انداز آینده

در سال‌های اخیر، جامعۀ بین المللی شاهد اعمال نفوذ و قدرت‌یابی قدرت‌های نوظهور اقتصادی (بریکس) در امور جهان است و موضوع اصلی مناظره‌های نظری در سطح جهانی شده. تشکیل بلوک بریکس که پیشرو نظم جدیدی در جهان است، موجب شد این بلوک خود را به عنوان بازیگر کلیدی در نظم بین الملل مطرح کند. مسئله اساسی مقاله این است که راهبرد توسعه قدرت‌های نوظهور اقتصادی(بریکس) بر اساس انطباق نسبی با مراحل رشد اقتصادی نظریه توسعه روستو، بر مبنای چه رویکردی و مولفه‌هایی قابل تبیین است و چشم‌انداز آینده آن چیست؟ فرضیه اصلی پژوهش در پاسخ به این سوال است که راهبرد توسعه قدرت‌های نوظهور اقتصادی(بریکس) بر مبنای توسعه انسانی نسبی مبتنی بر بهره‌برداری از منابع داخلی، استفاده از فرصت‌های اقتصادی سیاسی خارجی‌، همسویی شاخص‌های اقتصادی و انسانی، تحقق افزایش مبادلات تجاری، کاهش وابستگی و نفوذ اقتصادی – سیاسی در امور جهانی قابل تبیین و ارزیابی می‌باشد و از سیطره اقتصاد لیبرالی، به سمت نظم جدید اقتصادی در حرکت است. این پژوهش با شیوه کتابخانه ای و روش تحلیلی_توصیفی به تشریح عوامل عوامل سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی به عنوان عوامل داخلی و عوامل خارجی به نقش مهم بازیگران ژئواستراتژیک و محورهای ژئوپلیتیک آن را با چشم‌اندازی به آینده مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار می‌دهد.

in recent years, the international community has witnessed the influence and rise of the emerging economic powers (brics) in world affairs and has become a major topic of theoretical debate worldwide. the formation of the brics bloc, which is the forerunner of a new order in the world, led to this bloc emerging as a key player in the international order. the main issue of the article is that the strategy of development of emerging economic powers (brics) based on relative adaptation to the stages of economic growth of rosto development theory, on the basis of what approach and components can be explained and what is its future perspective? the main hypothesis of the research is in response to the question that the strategy of development of emerging economic powers (brics) based on relative human development based on the exploitation of domestic resources, use of foreign economic political opportunities, alignment of economic indicators and human, the realization of increasing trade, reducing dependence and economic political influence in world affairs can be explained and evaluated and is moving from the domination of liberal economy to the new economic order. this research uses a library method and descriptive analytical method to describe the factors of political, economic and social factors as internal factors and external factors to the important role of geostrategic actors and its geopolitical axes with a view to the future.
