ﺑﺤﺮانﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﮐﻮوﯾﺪ 19 ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻣﮑﻌﺐ ﺑﺤﺮان و ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮات آن ﺑﺮ ﻧﻈﺎم ﺑﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻞ از ﻣﻨﻈﺮ روﯾﮑﺮد ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ

بیماری‏های همه‏گیر همواره جزء جدایی‌ناپذیر تمدن بشری بوده‏اند. برخی از این بیماری‏ها در مقاطعی از تاریخ بحرانی ‏آفریده‏اند که بر خط سیر تاریخ تاثیر گذاشته است. قرن بیست‏ویکم نیز امروز شاهد شیوع یکی دیگر از این بیماری‏ها با نام کروناست که شواهد نشان می‏دهد ظرفیت بحران‏آفرینی آن به اندازه‏ای است که در کنار چالش‏های بهداشتی و سلامت، سطوح سیاسی، اقتصادی و حتی فرهنگی را نیز متاثر خواهد ساخت. این بحران موجی از تغییرات را در سطح بین‏الملل به همراه داشته که می‏توان گفت نهایتا در درازمدت می‏تواند نقش تسریع‏کننده در ایجاد تحول داشته باشد. به عبارتی کرونا اگرچه در آغاز به صورت یک بحران بهداشتی شروع شد، اما به سطح یک بحران اجتماعی ارتقاء یافت و در نهایت خود را در قامت یک تهدید جهانی با تاثیرات ژئوپلیتیکی نشان داد. با توجه به این نقشِ تاثیرگذاری، این پژوهش  درپی پاسخ به این پرسش‏ها است که بحران کرونا در کدام نقطه‏ی وضعیتی مدل مکعب بحران قرار دارد؟ و آیا این بحران ظرفیت تاثیرگذاری بر شاخص‏های اصلی نظام بین‏المللِ مستقر را دارد؟ به آزمون گذاشتن این سوالات در چارچوب مدل مکعب بحران و روش پژوهش با توجه به تحلیل موضوع در دو سطح، توصیفی و پیمایش ( پرسشنامه ) است.

Identify the Covid19 Crisis based on the Crisis Cube and explanation of its effects on the international system

Epidemic diseases have always been an inseparable part of human civilization. Some of these diseases have created a crisis at some sections of history that has affected the history’s trajectory. The 21st century is also witnessing the outbreak of another of these diseases called Corona, which evidences show that its crisiscreating capacity is such that in addition to health and hygienic challenges, it will affect political, economic and even cultural levels. This crisis has brought about a wave of change at the international level, which can ultimately play an accelerating role in causing an upheaval in the long run. In other words, although Corona initially started as a hygienic crisis, it rose to the level of a social crisis and eventually manifested itself as a global threat with geopolitical implications. Given this influential role, this study seeks to answer the question: At what situational point of cube crisis model is corona crisis? And does this crisis have the capacity to affect the main indicators of the established international system? These questions are tested in the framework of cube crisis model and research method according to the analysis of the subject at two descriptive and survey (questionnaire) levels.
