تدوین و اعتبارسنجی مدل مطلوب آینده امنیت در نظام بین الملل

پژوهش حاضر درصدد تدوین و اعتبارسنجی مدل مطلوب آینده امنیت در نظام بین‌الملل است. از این منظر از راهبرد پژوهش کیفی و از تحلیل مضمون بهره گرفته است. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه استاندارد با 15 نفر از خبرگان حوزه امنیت که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری نظری انتخاب شده بودند؛ گردآوری گردید و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و از نوع شبکه مضامین مورد تحلیل و مدل مفهومی اندازه‌گیری شبکه‌ای برساخته شد. یافته های پژوهش کیفی نشان داد که مدل مطلوب آینده امنیت در نظام بین‌الملل شامل 7 مضمون فراگیر: 1 توجه به تهدیدات امنیتی مسائل زیست محیطی، 2 توجه به مکانیسم‌های جامعه مدنی جهانی مستقل در امنیت بین‌الملل، 3 توجه به توسعه پایدار جوامع در دستیابی به امنیت و صلح بین‌الملل، 4 ضروری بودن حضور زنان در دستیابی به امنیت بین‌الملل، 5 توسعه و مقابله با سوء استفاده از مکانیسم‌های حقوق بشر در سطح بین‌الملل، 6 توجه به امنیت پایدار در سطح بین‌الملل، 7 توجه به همگرایی فرهنگی و مقابله با آسیب‌های آن در سطح بین‌الملل می‌باشد. علاوه بر آن، جهت اعتبارسنجی مضامین و مدل برساخته شده، از دو روش ارزیابی اعتبار به شیوه ارتباطی و نیز روش ممیزی و به منظور پایایی سنجی از دو روش قابلیت تکرارپذیری و نیز قابلیت انتقال یا تعمیم‌پذیری استفاده شده است.

Compilation & validation of an optimal future model of security in international council

The research is about compilation and validation the optimal future model of security in international council. From this perspective, the qualitative research strategic and analysis the contents have been used. The research’s data were collected with using of semi standard interview with 15 experts of security field , elected with using of theoretical sampling method and with using from method of contents analysis and type of contents network , was analyzed and the conception model of network measurement was made. The findings of the quality research showed that the optimal future model of security in international council includes 7 comprehensive contents: 1 consideration to the security treaties of bioenvironmental issues, 2 consideration to World Independent Civil Society Mechanisms3 consideration to constant development of societies in achievement to international peace and security4 being necessary of presence of women in achievement to international security.5 Development and coping with misuse from human rights mechanisms in international level.6 Consideration to cultural convergence and coping with its inconvenience in international level.7 Furthermore, for validation of the contents and the made model, two methods of validity assessment to communicative method and audit method and for reliability testing , two methods of reproducibility and transferability or generalizability have been used.
