تحلیل مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار بر منازعه فلسطین - اسرائیل و معامله قرن

منازعه به‌معنی تقابل دویا چند نگاه متفاوت بوده که هریک از نگاه‌ها اهداف، عملکرد‌ها، طرز تفکر و ارزش‌های متفاوت را دربر می‌گیرد. تجزیه و تحلیل هر منازعه نیاز به آگاهی از ویژگی‌های خاص آن منازعه دارد. از سوی دولت ترامپ طرح صلحی موسوم به معامله قرن برای یک صلح پایدار بین فلسطین و اسرائیل اعلام گردی. سوال مطرح در پژوهش این است که آیا با نادیده گرفتن مسائل سرزمینی، قومی مذهبی و تعارضات ایدئولوژیکی موجود در طرح معامله قرن می‌توان یک صلح پایدار بین فلسطین و اسرائیل ایجاد کرد؟ این مقاله بر این فرضیه استوار است که طرح معامله قرن بر اساس واقعیت‌های قومی سرزمینی برنامه‌ریزی نشده و نمی‌تواند تبدیل به یک صلح پایدار در ناحیه خاورمیانه گردد. در تبیین این مقاله از رویکرد سازه‌انگاری الکساندر ونت استفاده شده تا نقش پیوند‌های عمیق فرهنگی تاریخی فلسطینیان با سرزمین فلسطین در معادلات صلح بهتر درک شود. هدف این مقاله بررسی طرح صلح معامله قرن می‌باشد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از این است که طرح معامله قرن فرجامی جز شکست ندارد. روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و شیوه‌ی گردآوری داده‌ها نیز اسنادی کتابخانه‌ای است و از داده‎های عینی تاریخی برای بررسی ابعاد و زوایای معامله قرن بهره یافته ‏است.

Analysis of the Components Affecting the Israel-Palestine Conflict and the Deal of Century

Conflict means divergent opposition to several different views which each of them encompass different aims, functions, attitudes and values. The Trump administration announced a peace plan the so called the Deal of Century for a lasting peace between Palestine and Israel. The purpose of this article is to examine the peace plan (the Deal of Century) and to explain the existence of deep culturalhistorical ties of the Palestinians with the land of Palestine. The question raised in this research is whether by ignoring the territorial, ethnoreligious, and ideological conflicts between Palestine and Israel at this plan, how a stable peace between Palestine and Israel can be expected? The hypothesis of this research is based on the fact that this plan cannot bring a lasting peace in the Middle East. In explaining this article, Alexander Wendt’s constructivist approach is used to understand the role of the deep culturalhistorical ties of the Palestinians with the land of Palestine in the equations of peace. The research findings indicate that the transaction plan of the Deal of Century is headed towards a failure. This article uses the descriptiveanalytical method to examine the dimensions and angles of the Deal of Century Plan by using library sources and relying on previous research.
